When you embrace the Earth,
the Earth also embraces you.

This planet is a sacred place you chose to continue your soul's journey.
The air, light, water, earth, and trees—everything is love itself,
supporting you and keeping you alive every single day.

Just as you wish to love yourself,
the Earth also wishes to be loved.

That love is not found in special actions,
but in a heart of gratitude
and in the awareness of being here, right now.

Great changes and salvation are brought about
by small embraces, a single prayer, and one choice.

To embrace the Earth is
to love all life.

And it is also to cherish the Earth within yourself—
your emotions, your body, and your soul.

The warmth of your heart
brings light to this planet.
