This is sudden, but (lol)

Today, I participated in Makana-san's "Tapping Touch Free Workshop" ☆彡

I knew this free trial session was happening on this day. But, I had the "Dream☆Consultation Room" year-end party planning tonight...

The times for the day and night were different, but since I have volunteer work scheduled for tomorrow, I hadn't signed up to participate.

However, when I sent the reminder email for the "Dream☆Consultation Room" year-end party to the participants, even though the entry time was supposed to be 19:55, for some reason I sent it as
"Please enter by 13:55" 💦💦

Then, I got an immediate (lol) reply from Makana-san..

The entry time below says 13:55!!
That's a mistake, right?
That entry time is exactly the entry time for today's Tapping Touch trial session♪

I also immediately sent a correction email to everyone!

Then, I suddenly looked at the reply email and realized that if I moved my schedule forward this morning, I might be able to participate (^^)/, so when I emailed,
"If it's still possible to join from now, I'd like to participate"

To my surprise, there was a same-day cancellation, and I was told I could join, so
I participated (*^-^*)
This must be fate too💛
Maybe there was a reason for me to attend.

This free workshop was an event for the
"Self-Love Festival" held by Konohana-san ☆彡

Truly~
"Tapping Touch" was a time to cherish myself.

Previously, I had a free workshop held at the "Dream☆Consultation Room," and I also attended the follow-up course, but it had been a really long time, and I almost cried again. (No, I actually cried a little (´；ω；`)ｳｩｩ)

I was healed by Makana-san's warm words, especially the "message directed at myself"..
You're always doing your best~

As I said that while doing Tapping Touch on my body, my tear ducts...

But then, I heard Makana-san's voice saying,
"If various thoughts come up, please blow them away like clouds," and
I could see a blue sky and clouds in my head, and I got an image of thoughts naturally flying out of my head as the clouds moved.

It's okay!
I'm doing my best too!
I'll cherish myself more.
I'll accept my "here and now"! I felt a gentle emotion.

Tapping Touch is "holistic care"
Mind and body are connected, and if you become healthy, those around you become healthy, and you become happy together.
I was able to hear that message as well.

Yosshi-san apparently doesn't use note, so I introduced her in this way. Yosshi-san mentioned that she has attended a workshop on the basics of "Tapping Touch," which is "Parent-Child Tapping Touch (Tapping Touch for two)."

She said that while doing Tapping Touch on yourself is good, doing it for a parent or child and having it done for you might be even better.

According to Maho-san,
"By doing it for someone else, you get the same effect as having it done to you."

Come to think of it, while doing Tapping Touch, she said,
"You can imagine that someone else is doing it for you,"
and for some reason, I imagined my daughter doing it for me.
Maybe it's because I was planning to talk about my trip with my daughter at tonight's year-end party (lol)
