The power of 'casual conversation in a safe and secure space' is truly amazing! (^^)/
Yesterday evening, we held the 'Dream☆Consultation Room Counselor Meeting'.
Before the meeting started, while waiting for everyone to gather, I casually started some small talk—almost like a murmur of my own thoughts—and just being listened to gave me such a boost.
The 'Dream☆Consultation Room' meetings involve essential and forward-looking discussions, but even within that, I feel that by going off on tangents, developing topics, and always engaging in 'small talk' while laughing and sharing our thoughts, wonderful wisdom emerges and ideas are built up.
'Small talk' can save the world (^^)/
Even while going back and forth, moving forward and stepping back, we are able to have discussions that are even more productive than our original goals.
There is no hierarchy where someone is above another; everyone is equal, and it is a 'safe and secure space' where, while basically being considerate of each other, you can say anything.
It might be self-praise, but the counselors of the 'Dream☆Consultation Room' are truly the best.
Furthermore, I was encouraged by the comments left on my article this morning, and I truly felt that I am supported by my peers.
When I'm worried or hitting a wall, if I try to think about it only in my own head, things can get messy. I find that by posting or outputting here on Note, or sometimes even going beyond Note to have a face-to-face conversation—even if it's online—my thoughts get organized, I notice my own assumptions, and I often gain a sense of security that 'it's going to be okay'.
And I feel that a place where we can honestly share our thoughts, a place where 'small talk' happens abundantly, deepens trust and becomes a place where I truly belong.
This is by no means an inside joke, nor is it bragging.
The amazing effects of 'small talk' are also mentioned by Dr. Kabasawa, whom I respect.
It's only a few minutes, so please watch the video below.
Also, the next video, 'How to find a place where your heart can be at peace,' is also very good, and I would be happy if you could watch it.
Having a place where you can casually chat, a place where you are not judged, a place where you feel safe, and having reliable places, peers, and communities,
that creates a foundation for the heart, generates happiness, and spreads it.
Through reading and learning, we input new ideas into ourselves. By not just inputting, but outputting by talking to someone about them (or writing them on Note, etc.), and then getting feedback through comments and small talk,
I believe that through this cycle, people can feel secure while growing and enriching themselves.
To make dreams come true, it is important to work hard together, but I also want to live a relaxed and peaceful life in a warm place.
'Let's live a relaxed life in a warm place.'
That is how I want to live.

The 'Dream☆Consultation Room' will be holding a 'poetry gathering' in August.
And from September to November, we are planning 'workshops' featuring experts in their respective fields.
We plan to introduce the details along with the recruitment article for the September 'workshop'.
Please feel free to join any workshops that interest you! (^^)/
The 'Dream☆Consultation Room' magazine contains articles by counselors, as well as articles by those who have participated in our 'workshops' and 'casual chat sessions'.
If you follow us,
all of our counselors will be overjoyed.
Thank you for your support! (^^)/
