Progress on 'Things I Want to Do Before the End of the Year!' and Healing Time 💛
In the middle of November, I wrote an article like this (^^)/
In it, I clarified what I would 'work on' to realize the tasks and things I wanted to do by the end of the year, just as I felt, and thought about ways to achieve those goals (lol)
After all, I'm glad I was able to be conscious and work on things rather than just spending the days without thinking or, conversely, just feeling rushed.
Because, almost all the things I wanted to do have become habits, been completed, or the tasks have been organized... \(^_^)/
☝ A look back at what I decided in the article (^^)/
① Write down daily plans and results by hand in a notebook.
↓
I have been continuing to write by hand in my notebook every day since November 13th.
The routine of the weekly schedule, daily schedule, and what time to write has also become a habit.
I am also continuing my daily reflection diary
\(^_^)/
The way I write has also evolved to match the actual situation, and it feels good 💛
② Things I want to do within this year
↓
Since I incorporated them into my daily plans, most of them have been cleared. I think (lol)
☆ Changing clothes for the season and decluttering clothes
☆ Decluttering miscellaneous goods, etc.
☆ Deep cleaning (making a plan)
☆ New Year's cards (I'm still thinking about whether to make them this year, if I decide to make them, I will)
☆ Creating and summarizing minutes for the real community Kanto regional meeting
☆ Creating materials for the Kanto regional general meeting
☆ Support for my aunt
☆ Thinking about themes for note drafts and paid articles
etc...
It's not perfect, but
☆ Changing clothes and decluttering clothes ⇒ OK!
☆ Decluttering miscellaneous goods, etc. ⇒ Almost OK! Still doing it❗
☆ Deep cleaning ⇒ Almost OK! Still doing it❗
☆ Creating minutes for the real community and general meeting materials ⇒ All OK! ♪ (#^ー°)v
☆ Support for my aunt ⇒ OK!
Of these, there are only two things I haven't done!
☆ New Year's cards (lol)
But, since I'm intentionally not doing this, it's OK!
I've decided to only send New Year's cards to those who send them to me this year, and to stop sending them completely from next year, so I feel relieved ☆彡
Also, the theme for the paid article for
“Rainbow Street”which I plan to join as a member from January, hasn't been clearly decided yet 💦
I have a vague image, but not yet...
I think this will also be a challenge for me next year 💛
But well, I'll think about it in my own loose and fluffy way 🎵
Other than that, the things I decided to do, while not perfect, have almost all been carried out. Yes, with the feeling that it doesn't have to be perfect, I've been able to break down the mountain by working on things one by one every day while making plans (lol)
One thing that was newly added and has changed significantly and become established is keeping smartphone notifications basically on silent.
If I don't overeat at night (lol), I can sleep well!
I'm also able to spend my days without being swayed by notifications!
And, I'm continuing my morning routine of stretching, muscle training, and morning walks every day \(^_^)/
Maybe the reason I'm able to continue is thanks to my younger brother who is doing it with me (lol)
What is the progress of the 'December Declaration to do this'⁉️
There are some overlaps with ☝, but
here is a review ☆彡
① Learn about constitution improvement and diet improvement through Oriental medicine ⇒ Practice what I learned
↓
I have posted 9 out of 10 lectures as output for my constitution improvement school!
I'm also working on the 10th one ☆彡
As for practice, I'm working on it while listening to my own body and cherishing myself.
But, it has become a habit 🎵
② Practice Ghibli music and Christmas songs on the piano, practice the ukulele
↓
I practice Ghibli music and Christmas songs on the piano almost every day 🎵
And, I also practice the ukulele every day ☆彡
As for the ukulele, I'm also writing about the current situation below (*^-^*)
④ 'Curves at home' and aerobic exercise other than in the morning
↓
I wrote that I wanted to do it 3 times a week, but I made a new if-then rule and have been able to do it at least twice.
That rule is that the flow of taking a morning walk when taking out the trash and doing 'Curves at home' when I get back is becoming established \(^_^)/
If you decide on rules to achieve your goals and make them a habit, there's nothing to fear (lol)
⑤ Year-end tidying, deep cleaning, decluttering, and the New Year's card problem
↓
As I wrote in ☝, tidying, deep cleaning, and decluttering, the big areas of concern are finished, but I will continue to do the small areas little by little from now on 💪
As for the New Year's card problem, as I wrote in ☝, I think it's OK because I was able to resolve it within myself!
⑥ Finish the secretarial work for the local community during December
↓
Yes (^^)/, the "minutes, draft schedule for the general meeting, and draft timetable for the general meeting" have been finished and submitted \(^_^)/
I think there might be some corrections, but I expect those will be next year, so I feel relieved!
⑦ Accounting for the local community
↓
Everything up to this point is finished ☆彡
I've also gotten over the big year-end expenses, so I feel relieved about this too!
⑧ Tea party and attending the NHK Symphony Orchestra's "Ninth Symphony Concert" 🎵
↓
I'm planning to write an article about the "Tea Party" later 🍵
The "Ninth Symphony Concert" will be held at NHK Hall on December 23rd 🎄
Usually, my eldest son and daughter would go with me, but this year it will finally be just my husband and me attending the concert 🎵
That's also nice 💛
⑨ Write reviews of books I've read, read books that have been piling up
↓
I posted one article for two book reviews (lol)
I'm hoping to write at least one more article for another book review 🎵 (I'm planning it in my head!)
As for reading, the number of books I want to read is actually increasing, but (lol), I'm continuing to enjoy reading 📚
I'd like to read at a leisurely pace in the new year as well (*^^)v

In the midst of this busy December, juggling this and that, my ukulele arrived (#^.^#)
I'm enjoying playing it every day in my spare time 💕
In addition to reviewing my ukulele lessons, I'm also practicing using YouTube 🎵
Here is an introduction to the songs I'm working on now 🎵
They are all very laid-back, but it's so much fun (#^.^#)
By Christmas (not that I'm playing for anyone in particular (lol)),
I want to be able to play "Little Brown Jug," "Jingle Bells," and various versions of "Silent Night" comfortably 🎵
It's not quite at a level where I can let you hear it yet... (lol)
I'll do my best and enjoy it!
I'd be happy if the day comes when I can share it with you 💗
And today is my once-a-month "Tea Time" 🍵🍵🍵
I hope to let the goodness of Japan soak into my heart and body 💕
Regarding "Tea," I'm thinking of writing about it along with a review of the book "A Proposal That One Soup and One Dish Is Enough" ☆彡
Thank you for joining me
for my super personal
memo-like
reflection article
today
<m(__)m>

A wonderful article I came across this morning.
Shirokuma Kirin's "Christmas Card" is lovely.
It seems you can download it, so everyone please check it out (⋈◍>◡<◍).✧♡
[Addition]
I forgot to write something important, but I also went to see a movie, which was one of the things I wanted to do❗
