4th Online Yoga Therapy Session♬
I had three trial sessions in August,
And then, for the first time in a month, I participated in Rinako-san's "Yoga Therapy (90 minutes)."
My previous article is below👇👇👇
Recently, I felt that my frozen shoulder was gradually getting better, layer by layer, and I was able to truly experience that in this therapy session\(^_^)/
Since I extended the time to 90 minutes this time, I was able to take my time and fully enjoy the counseling, yoga poses,
and even the meditation💛
First, checking my pulse rate.
Counseling time
At the beginning, Rinako-san asked me,
"It's been a month... how has this past month been for you?"
The first words I said were...
"My husband was away, so I was free and able to have various experiences😄☆☆"
In a previous article, I wrote about how "my husband is away on a solo assignment, so I've been participating in online meetings like crazy," but
Wait? Rather than feeling lonely that my husband is away,
I realized my true feelings while answering Rinako-san, wondering if I actually think it's "easy and happy."
"Because..."
When I started saying that, I realized I'm actually working quite hard...
"When my husband is here, I wake up at 5:30, prepare breakfast and his bento, set the table, and when he wakes up, I bring him warm rice and miso soup. While he eats, I pack his bento, bring him coffee and tea, and see him off."
"When my husband comes home, I prepare the dinner I made in advance, and then I have to be careful while participating in online meetings, and I can't face my computer in the living room at night."
and so on every day 💦💦
So, when my husband is away, I can take it easy in the morning, I don't have to make bento boxes, and I'm free for both lunch and dinner (lol).
Also, the pain from my frozen shoulder in the middle of the night has started to go away, and since I can wake up at any time in the morning, I can sleep well without worrying ☆☆
I guess I'm working hard, aren't I? (^_-)-☆
"Actually, he's coming back soon, isn't he? 💦💦"
…In response to that, Rinako-san,
gave me some advice: "Since you'll be living together for a long time to come, you should tell your husband how you feel now."
"Like making days where you don't do anything, or telling him that you've been sleeping in while he was away... think about how to tell him ☆☆" 😃💦
I don't have any fear of my husband at all, but I realized that because I'm currently unemployed, I might be being surprisingly considerate of him.
I haven't even felt like I was being considerate, and it's a natural desire to want to do things for him, but...
Even at night, he comes home tired from work and is enjoying his blissful drink, so going to another room to join the online session—this is something I can only do because it's not every day...
Maybe those feelings are also connected to the pain of my "frozen shoulder"...
"Yoga connects the mind and body," she says.
I will definitely talk it over with my husband 💦💦

Yoga time
Since it's 30 minutes longer than before, there's plenty of time for yoga too.
Today, she carefully taught me various forms, such as sitting, standing, lying on my back, and breathing techniques.
She taught me yoga that is effective for shoulder pain common in people who use computers, poses for when your buttocks get cold, and so on...
It was a fulfilling time 😄
Above all, I was happy that compared to a month ago, the range of motion in my frozen left shoulder has increased, and I am now able to do many more poses (*^^*)

Meditation
“Death is the final unknown, the final future; live with integrity.”
Close your eyes and meditate for 3 minutes on the following theme.
① “Research ways of dying with integrity.”
When this theme was given, I immediately thought of my father.
I almost teared up while meditating.
Until a few days before he passed away, my father was still doing things for the family, like removing potato sprouts and fixing the laundry area...
We talked about his integrity, passing away just one day after being hospitalized.
Rinako-san shared with us how her beloved dog lived until the very end, trying to walk even on its last day.
② “If you were to treat the end of each day as if it were your final moments, how should you live your daily life?”
Thinking of my father, reflecting on his life, and starting to think about end-of-life planning—since I believe end-of-life planning is a way of living—
I want to live each day without arguing or fighting with others, and end my nights with a peaceful heart... I want to live a life with no regrets.
And, like my father and Rinako-san's dog, I want to live positively until my life ends.

Finally
When I compared my pulse rate before starting to my pulse rate at the end, I was surprised to find it had dropped by more than 10, even though I had moved my body and my heart had been stirred by memories of my father (@_@)
I felt that both my body and mind had been healed 💛
I would like to continue Rinako-san's “Online Yoga” at least once a month from now on (*^-^*)
Thank you for reading again
this time as well <m(__)m>
