I will share my habits! Revealing the 'good habits' practiced by a habit supporter✨
The other day, I posted
“Please tell me your good habits”
to everyone.
In this article,
I will have you answer a survey,
and I will compile “good habits” from everyone.
The collection period is
one week from April 27th to May 4th.
Regarding the results,
I will share them with everyone after the compilation.
(Please rest assured that
private information will not be made public.)
I would love for you to
send in your answers! (^^♪
Now then...
Asking everyone to share their “good habits” while
keeping the habits of me, shogo the habit supporter, private!
would be a bit unfair m(_ _ )m
So, this time,
I will reveal the good habits that I practice
to all my readers🎵
I hope you can relate to them.
Well then, let's go! 😆

“10 Habits”

Now, I will introduce
the “10 habits” that I practice.
① Do not watch TV
② Drink warm water
③ Wake up early
④ Post on note
⑤ Read on note
⑥ Go to the library
⑦ Take notes
⑧ Call people by their names
⑨ Do not criticize others
⑩ Do not be a perfectionist
I will explain them one by one.

・Don't watch TV
Yes!
I don't watch TV.
Or rather,
I don't even have a TV in my room.
It's been about seven years now
since I stopped watching TV.
For the reasons why,
please check out this article🎵
・Drink hot water
The first thing I do after waking up in the morning is
make hot water.
When I drink hot water, my lower abdomen
feels gently warmed,
and I can feel my stomach activating.
Since I started drinking hot water,
my digestion has improved as well.
It also helps me to wake up.
Since it's just boiling water,
it's the most cost-effective habit✨
・Wake up early
I wake up every morning
around 4:30 to 5:00 AM.
Thanks to that,
I get the feeling of having a longer day,
which is very rewarding♪
When I do various tasks
early in the morning,
my mind is clear and I feel more efficient.
My morning time
starts with making hot water,
writing note articles, and browsing note (giving likes).
I take time for that.
・Posting on note
It's more of a mission than a habit...
It seems my body has become unable to feel the start of the day
without starting my 'note posts' ( ´艸`)
The moment I send a command to my brain saying,
'What should I write about today...',
is when it's most active and feels the best.
I feel especially comfortable in the moment
when I'm tapping away at the keyboard...
And then, seeing the words lined up
on the screen that was blank just before,
makes me feel even better...
Once you get this pleasure,
it's quite hard to stop (lol)
・Reading note
Just as much as creating articles,
'reading note' is also my daily routine.
'Well then, I wonder what kind of articles
my followers have written today~'
I read them with that kind of
excited feeling.
I don't forget to look through
new creators' posts either.
The articles posted on note are
full of things that make me go 'I see!',
like useful information or new discoveries,
or things I can't help but empathize with while reading...
Besides,
I've naturally lost any resistance
to reading printed text♪
I might just be
a text addict (lol)
・Going to the library
I make sure to visit the library whenever I can find the time on my days off.
Reading my favorite books in a quiet space.
It calms my mind, and it also helps in organizing my thoughts.
I never run out of ideas for my note posts either.
The downside is that before I know it, time just flies by m(_ _ )m
So, I always set a timer to impose a time limit.
・Note-taking
If I feel even a little bit like 'this is nice,' 'this is interesting,' or 'I see...', I take a note.
If I'm at home, I immediately write it down on a memo pad.
If an idea pops up while I'm in the car, I note it down on my smartphone.
Even while at work, I write it on some piece of paper before I forget.
I'll even write it on my own hand if I have to (lol).
For me, note-taking is a habit I do even more than the act of thinking itself.
Thanks to this, I've reduced how often I forget things, and I can save time trying to remember them later, which saves me from worrying.
・Call the other person by their name
In conversation, I make an effort to actively
call the other person by their name as much as possible.
In psychology, this is called 'name calling'.
The name a person has is something they have been called by their parents since they were a baby, and it is
the very essence of their existence.
That is precisely why 'calling someone by their name' makes them feel good.
Inevitably, relationships improve, and you can spend your daily life
'stress-free'.
If you feel like you are 'struggling with human relationships...', please try
calling the other person by their name.
It's an easy method, so I highly recommend it♪
・Do not criticize others
I have stopped
'criticizing others'.
|Criticism means clearly distinguishing, evaluating, and judging the good and bad points of others.
At first glance, it may seem like an important act for understanding the other person correctly, but...
Through the act of 'criticism,' you end up placing your own position above the other person's.
In reality, there is no 'above' or 'below' in human relationships.
Everyone lives on the same parallel line.
It is only in terms of social standing that people are divided into 'above' or 'below'.
Criticism is
an act that shakes an equal standing.
Or rather, before criticizing someone else,
I find myself thinking, 'What about me?'😅
Therefore,
I havestoppedcriticizing others.
・Don't be a perfectionist
In the past, if anything,
I was a 'perfectionist'.
'There is a correct finished form for this'
'It has to be this way'
'Maybe there is a better way'
When starting any action,
I couldn't move
until I found the correct model answer.
Thanks to that,
I was constantly hesitating(;^_^A
Because my actions were slow, results didn't follow...
I fell even deeper into the trap of perfectionism.
When you become a 'perfectionist',
your thinking tends to become rigid.
You get pulled by fixed ideas
like 'it has to be this way'.
In the first place,
there isn't necessarily only one answer.
After reading various books
and realizing that 'perfectionism is not good',
I am conscious of 'moving quickly'.
Posting on note is also
'one measure' to
get rid of 'perfectionism'.
