A story about how I reached my 90th week just by taking one step at a time
The other day, I received a lovely gift from note.
It was a wonderful surprise.

I received a
badgefor achieving90 weeks of daily posts 😭
Before I knew it, I had reached my 90th week.
90 weeks x 7 days = 630 days
Wait, I haven't actually been posting every day for 630 days, have I?
Currently, I have been posting daily for 498 days though 🙄
I realized that it's probably calculated based on the idea that if you post at least once a week, it counts as a weekly streak (;^ω^)
Regardless...
I achieved 90 consecutive weeks of posting!
(I'm so grateful 🤣)

✔ The presence of my readers

I feel that the biggest reason I've been able to keep this up is because of the readers who read my work.
It really makes a difference.
The people here on note are truly kind and gentlemanly.
They are all such wonderful people.
Even when they are busy, they still send me 'likes'...
and they generously leave comments of empathy.
I have nothing but gratitude for them ✨
I don't think I could have managed to keep up daily posts for 90 weeks on my own.
It would have been too difficult.
I feel as though my back is being supported by the hands of so many readers.
It's a wonderful feeling.
Truly, for the presence of my readers, I can find no other words than
thank you to express my gratitude.
✔ The desire to connect one step at a time

Precisely because I call myself a
"Habit Supporter"...
I want to be able to say with pride to all of you,
"I continue to post every day"
in a tangible way.
Otherwise...
wouldn't my words feel
dishonest to all my readers?
"I post about habits...
but I don't post every day 😅"
With this,
there is no persuasiveness at all.
In order for my readers to
"Habits are a wonderful thing" and
to realize that,
for me, "daily posting" is
in the realm of the ordinary.
That is why I consciously focused on connecting
one step at a time,
and before I knew it, I had reached 90 weeks.
I will say it many times, I focused solely on
connecting them.
It is because I connect them that value is born in each step,
and if I do not take that step,
nothing will begin.
What is important is to take that "step"
no matter what happens.
"This is a hassle~"
"I'm tired~"
"I don't feel motivated~"
I have had those feelings and thoughts
countless times.
Even so, I do not want to betray my readers,
so I kept moving forward without stopping my pace.
As a result,
the current Habit Supporter shogo exists.
✔ What lies beyond
transcending logic

If I were asked, "Why do you continue
posting every single day?"
I think I would answer
like this.
One reason is "for my readers."
As I explained at the beginning,
who I am today is
thanks to the existence of my readers.
Also, thanks to note.
The second reason is
that it has become "something beyond
logic, beyond continuing or not continuing."
For me,
posting on note every day is a part of my life.
It is exactlylike "brushing my teeth."
If I don't do it, it feels wrong.
Even now, I unconsciously sit in front of note,
and naturally move my fingers
across the keyboard.
This is not a strange phenomenon or anything like that.
I suppose I just can't"do it"any other way
without feeling unsettled.
(Am I sick!?🤣)
Before I know it,
I'm thinking of ideas for note,
and when I suddenly look back,
I'm writing an article...
If someone were to ask me to
"explain these actions one by one with logic,"
I would have some trouble doing so.
I truly feel that as a result of continuing,
I have gained actions that transcend
logic.
* * * * *
From here on out as well,
I, shogo the habit supporter,
will continue to post every day.
I would be happy if you could continue to
watch over me with warm eyes.
Of course, please feel free to
comment anything without holding back.
I, too,
will sincerely respond
to everyone's comments.
Thank you so much
for sticking with me until the 90th week!
Thank you very much!
Well then, until next time.
Goodbye.
