That's Why I Can't Quit Note
It has been six months and two months since I started posting every day.
After continuing for this long, I feel a certain change within myself.
In terms of habits,
six months is a period with enough power to change a person's personality.
This time,
I will talk about the "three changes" I felt after continuing to post on note
every day for six months and two months.
I will talk about the "three changes" I felt after continuing to post on note
every day for six months and two months.

✔① I no longer feel resistance
to posting articles

For the first month after I started posting,
I had no confidence, wondering "who would read such writing?"
I felt that posting itself was a huge hurdle.
I felt that posting itself was a huge hurdle.
Even so, I encouraged myself,
"Let's just post it for now!" and
kept going.
And then... six months passed...
"Posting? It's just a matter of clicking the button, right?"
I reached a state where I can do it with a light attitude (lol)
Getting used to things is scary, isn't it? 😅

✔② Writing is fun

I have always liked reading, and I used to read a lot of books.
I read books, but I have no experience in composing text.
I think many people
fall into this category.
I think many people
fit this description.
They accumulate knowledge (reading), but
they don't share it with others (writing).
After all, writing requires know-how,
and it feels like a hassle.
But, after continuing to write and post every day
for half a year...
When you continue to self-publish on note every day like this,
writing becomes fun.
To be honest, sometimes
it is painful to create.
Even then, I tell myself that it's something I do every day,
and I end up writing anyway.
I think this is a change that the me from half a year ago
could never have imagined.
✔③ You can cultivate
a caring heart

The world of note is truly
a platform where kind-hearted people
gather.
If you report, "I achieved such and such!", the readers who were watching will rush over
and comment, "Congratulations!"
Also, if you are feeling down and say, "I'm not feeling well..."
with your shoulders slumped,
someone will send you
a comment of encouragement saying, "It's okay."
Because it is a world where people care for each other like this,
the hearts of those who receive comments
overflow with "kindness."
And, by the amount of "kindness" that overflows,
you start to think,
"Next time, I'll return the 'kindness' I received to someone else."
Truly, a wonderful spiral
of mutual care is created.
The more you continue your activities on note,
the more your feelings of compassion for others are cultivated.
Honestly...
I even think that if note were used in elementary school moral education classes,
"bullying might even disappear."

✔ That's why
I can't quit note

I have talked about three changes.
1. I no longer feel resistance to posting
2. Writing is fun
3. I can cultivate a heart of compassion
Each of these three changes
are changes you wouldn't experience
if you weren't involved with note.
For me, the existence of note is...
God, Buddha, note-sama 🤗
Truly, it is a highly revered existence.
I will continue to worship note,
and I hope to connect with many people
through note.
Well then, until next time.
Goodbye.
