note 1st Anniversary & 365 Days of Daily Updates Achieved!
Hello, this is Mitsumame.
I started note last May.
I have finally reached my 1st anniversary!

And today, I achieved 365 days of daily updates!!

I started note after taking a leave of absence due to adjustment disorder, so I wouldn't lose track of the things I thought about every day.
I thought that returning to work would be a stopping point, and I sometimes worried about "how long I should call myself a 'returnee'..."
But I couldn't bring myself to stop posting.
In the end, I decided to continue posting every day without changing my original rambling style.
The feeling of coming to meet important friends
I don't really have the feeling that I "worked hard" to post every day.
I think that's probably because I write note with the feeling of coming to meet important "friends."
I was like this today. I thought about this.
How was that person doing? Did they get through today? Did they enjoy it? Are they feeling okay?
I found this video or book.
Maybe it could be a little helpful for that person who seemed to be struggling the other day. Maybe it will lighten their mood.
I learned this, I thought about this, I tried this experiment.
Maybe it could be useful for someone who is struggling.
(While vaguely hoping that, if it's this content, that person might react to it... haha)
I write note as if I'm coming to meet friends and chat.
Writing for myself, note for myself
I write text almost every day for work.
When I write, I always do research, and I also do competitor research and analysis.
It's unthinkable to start writing suddenly without even thinking about the structure.
As long as it's work, I don't put it out into the world without any goals.
But, the text on note is the exact opposite.
A rambling style where I write as I please. I don't think much about the structure. I don't compare myself to anyone.
Proofreading is moderate. Even if there's something that bothers me, I don't rewrite the whole thing. (Just to the extent of fixing obvious errors or expressions that might cause misunderstandings.)
I don't set goals. Because that's a source of cornering myself.
The purpose is for myself. It's not work, so I write what I want to write.
(Writing an article thinking 'will this be helpful for that person?' is also, ultimately, written 'for myself'.)
Even though it feels like coming to meet friends and chat, I sometimes wonder if it's okay to spill my personal diary for myself out into the world. Haha
The fact that I can get 'likes' means that at least someone read it.
It means I received some kind of reply to 'I was like this. How about you?'
The axis of 'writing for myself' doesn't waver, but receiving replies from someone is definitely the motivation for continuing note.
The reason I am able to continue note happily and without strain is thanks to everyone who reads my articles and leaves likes and comments.
Thank you all so much, always.
I'm starting a new magazine for the note 1st anniversary
The onset of my adjustment disorder was caused by my promotion at work.
It's been one year since I was diagnosed and took a leave of absence.
It's been 10 months since I returned to my original department and original position.
I am still continuing to go to the hospital, and my medication hasn't decreased.
I also feel that my treatment is stagnant.
I still can't control the waves of my mood, and my physical condition is always slightly poor. My sleep quality also remains mediocre.
My doctor doesn't say anything, but I personally think, 'It's probably not just adjustment disorder, right?'
Ultimately, I feel that unless I improve the fundamental parts, such as the problems and issues I originally had and my 'difficulty in living,' I won't be able to feel that I have 'gotten better.'
So, from now on, I'm thinking of calling it 'Self-Reform' and, as I think of them, learning, thinking, and conducting experiments that might be useful for resolving my difficulty in living, and publishing my struggles.
My boss has been praising my "ability to involve others" a lot lately, so I've been getting a bit carried away. lol
I was thinking about planning something on note or maybe even starting a community.
But as I was thinking about it, my work-mode self showed up, and I realized it would probably become stressful, so I decided to stop.
(I started thinking about KPIs based on my follower count, clicks per article, and repeat rate... What on earth was I planning to aim for? lol)
I will continue to keep up with note as I always have.
I will continue to write what I want to write, at a pace that feels fun.
With the feeling of sharing my own experiences with my fellow note users.
I want to continue with note just as I have been.
Thank you all, as always.
I look forward to your continued support!
Looking back at my posts so far
My memorable first post
My memorable first post was a self-introduction.
I was in a state where I would cry just by remembering work.
Despite that, it was about 2,200 characters. (Excluding spaces, links inserted in between, etc.)
Is the sprout of my 'tsurezure' (random thoughts) style, where I write as naturally as breathing, here? lol
Declaration of what I want to do today
This was my main content when I started note, born from the discovery that declaring what I want to do and looking back on it the next day helps me stay calm and provides quite a few insights—my leave-of-absence diary.
Two articles from just before returning to work that still get a lot of views
※They were included in an anthology!
My articles are readable enough, but I really want everyone to read the others' work too!
Return-to-work diary
Since returning to work, my daily posts have become short blurbs, and I've adopted a style of summarizing the week in an article. (Ongoing)
Self-reform
I record my attempts to resolve the 'difficulty of living'.
(I've also picked out some older articles)
Articles that grew in ways I didn't expect, and their sequels
In a sense, this is outside the genre of my note's main theme.
However, in terms of a 'way of life,' it is connected for me.
If you are interested.
