Surrounding yourself only with what you love to keep yourself in a 'good mood' | Omamori Zukan
Taking care of my own mood.
In living my life by that motto, a life surrounded by 'only the things I love' has become indispensable to me.
Of course, in reality, it might be quite difficult to make everything exactly as I idealize. But I can start 'little by little, within my reach.' Thinking that way, I am carefully re-examining the things around me.
A chain reaction of 'excitement' that starts inside my bag
Recently, I have become particularly selective about my stationery and planners.
Because they are things I use every day, I don't want to compromise. Does my heart leap every time I pick them up? Can I find comfort in their texture? I now always carry around a planner and pen that I have carefully selected based on such criteria.
It starts with the small space inside my bag.
Just by carrying my favorite items, even casual moments of writing while out and about turn into a time that feels like an 'amulet' for self-care. The process of gradually increasing the excitement inside my bag is a small joy for me right now.

My goal for this year is to increase the 'purity'
My goal for this year is to live a life filled only with 'things I love' and 'things that make my heart flutter'.
Instead of changing everything at once, I want to replace the things I touch and see one by one with things I can truly be satisfied with. I want to enjoy and savor the process of increasing the 'purity of my life' itself.
As I write my 'Omamori Zukan' (Amulet Encyclopedia), I intend to continue recording the beloved things that have gathered with me.
