Why You Don't Sell Even When Posting Daily on Social Media | The Difference Between You and Someone Making 1.25 Million Yen a Month with 300 Followers
Recently, among those who came for individual consultations, there were people in situations like:
・Even with over 10,000 followers, they can't stabilize at 100,000 yen a month...
・Zero sign-ups even after using AI automation tools to post to social media 5 times a day.
Both of these people are working hard on their posts.
They provide useful information while doing research,
talk about their own products,
and have spent time continuing to post.
Even so, it was not leading to sign-ups as they had hoped.
On the other hand, I have a client who,
even with only about 300 followers,
is generating 1.25 million yen a month.
What do you think is the difference?
Their follower count is low,
their posting frequency isn't zero, but it's only about 3 times a week,
and they aren't good at AI or social media...
The difference is whether there is a flow that makes the person reading the post think,
“Yes, exactly, I get it, me too!”
“Wait, I was doing that, but it's no good?”
“Then, what should I change?”
It is about whether there is a flow that leads them to realize their own problems and move on to the next action.
Being able to post efficiently with AI does not necessarily mean you will sell.
Nowadays, there are many convenient tools that help with posting.
When you don't know what to write,
you can consult AI.
You can polish sentences, write articles,
and create images.
I myself also
create posts, articles, and images
while using AI as a sounding board.
Even people who were not good at posting
have become able to post more easily than before.
Being able to shorten work time is a major benefit.
However,
even if you post daily and go viral,
or even if you automate with AI,
it does not mean that sign-ups for the products you want to sell
will increase.
What AI can solve are
“I don't know what to write”
“It takes time to create sentences”
“I can't create images”
problems like these related to the task of posting.
If you are now able to post but the results haven't changed,
what you should do is not to increase the volume of posts further,
but perhaps it is already the “stage to review your design.”
Getting people to know you is not “education”
“Education is important in your posts.”
I think many people have heard this phrase.
And many people
post in order to “get people to know about themselves.”
Their own background.
Qualifications and achievements.
Thoughts on their work.
Product features.
Information they know as an expert.
There are not a few people who think
that conveying these things
is “education” for prospective customers.
Of course,
it is necessary to get people to know about you.
If people don't understand your personality and way of thinking,
they cannot trust you.
However,
if you only talk about yourself,
the reader will just think,
"This person is knowledgeable."
"They are doing wonderful work."
"That was useful information."
and then close the post.
Getting people to know you and
"This product is necessary for me right now"
getting them to understand that are two different things.
What is "education" in content creation?
Education in content creation
is not about teaching a lot of technical knowledge.
It is also not about repeatedly explaining your product.
It is about getting the people watching you to
take it personally,
realize their current situation,
and want to look at their problems from a different perspective than before.
For example,
to someone who thinks,
"I can't sell because I have few followers,"
you ask,
"Is the follower count really the cause?"
To someone who thinks,
"I don't get sign-ups because I don't post enough,"
you ask, "Have you decided where the person who read your post should go next?"
and help them realize it.
To someone who thinks,
"I have to post more about myself,"
you tell them, "Isn't what the customer wants to know not just your information, but how their own problems will be solved?"
and convey that.
The reader realizes,
"Maybe the place I thought was the problem is actually different."
This is education in content creation.

Educational content moves "emotions"
Content that successfully educates
doesn't end with "I see"
or "That was helpful."
A change occurs little by little within the reader.
First,
1. They realize their own problem.
2. They understand why they haven't had results until now.
3. They realize that continuing their current state makes it hard to change.
Finally,
4. Then, they start looking for a solution, asking "What should I do next?"
If your product or service is
designed to solve that problem,
even without hard selling,
people will appear who say,
"I want to know more"
or "I'd like to have a consultation."
Education is not about forcing a product on someone.
It is about helping readers feel that the information is necessary for them,
understand why a solution is needed,
and feel convinced enough to choose their next action.
If you are posting but not getting sign-ups,
something is stalled.
Reading this far,
you might have thought,
"I am considering the other person's worries,"
"I am conveying why the product is necessary,""I believe I am posting educational content."
Some of you may have thought that.
If you still aren't getting sign-ups,
there may be a cause you haven't noticed.
For example,
It is unclear who the product is for.
The other person's worries and the product content are misaligned.
The changes after receiving the product are hard to understand.
There is no call to action after reading the post.
Interest stops at the profile or landing page.
People come for consultations but don't sign up.
There is no follow-up for those who showed interest.
A business is not built on posting alone.
Getting found.
Getting them interested.
Helping them realize their own problems.
Helping them understand the need for a solution.
Helping them learn about the product.
Getting them to move toward a consultation or sign-up.
If any one part of this flow stops,
no matter how hard you work on your posts and content,
it will not lead to final sign-ups.

First, please check your own business.
If you are posting but not seeing results, please check the following five points.
1. Whose problems are you addressing, and what kind of problems are they?
2. What kind of insights are you providing to your readers?
3. Are you explaining why it is difficult to change with their current approach?
4. Are you showing the direction for a solution?
5. Is there a place for them to go after reading your post?
If these five points are connected,
your content will transform from mere self-introduction or information sharing
into education that helps your customers make decisions.

I feel like I'm doing it,
but why aren't I getting any sign-ups?
I don't know where the problem lies...
I can't decide what to fix first.
I can't judge for myself whether the issue is my content, my product, or my sales funnel.
For those people,
“Business Bottleneck Diagnosis” is available.
This diagnosis is not for adding new things to do,
but to clarify “where things are currently stuck”and “what should be fixed as a top priority.”
It is a diagnostic tool for that purpose.
Before increasing your followers.
Before increasing your number of posts.
Before looking for new AI tools.
First, please check where in your business
the flow of customers is stopping.
