Dream Diary: A Dream About Taizo Harada (June 26, 2025) | Deep Psychology | Psychology | Dream Analysis | Lucid Dreaming
Hello. Thank you to everyone who came to see this!
I just made my first post yesterday, and
I'm already writing my second one.
Oh, that's right, after my first post,
perhaps because of the hashtags,
posts by people doing things similar to my note
started popping up.
I realized for the first time that there are several people
posting dream diaries on note that utilize ChatGPT!
I haven't been able to look at them yet,
but I plan to read through various ones from now on
for my own learning.
I wonder if I can make friends with other creators
in the same genre?
Do you know what a lucid dream is?
The dream that led me to start this note
is one I had on 6/26.
I feel like it's been a really long time since I've had a dream at all.
That's exactly why it left such a deep impression,
and even more so because it was
a semi-lucid dream.
Do you know what a semi-lucid/lucid dream is?
ChatGPT organized it into a table for me
so it's easy to understand, so I'll repost it here.

I am the type who easily has lucid dreams.
I feel like that happened as a result of
keeping a dream diary since I was a child.

Several times in my dreams,
like Neo from the movie 'The Matrix',
I've flown through the air of my own will,
or jumped from high places
and leaped down.
Flying through the sky at super speed
like 'Superman' in a dream
feels incredibly good.
You definitely can't do that in reality,
and it's something you can only do because it's a dream (the unconscious), right?
It's said that with practice,
anyone can have lucid dreams.
People who have lucid dreams often
might be rare,
but I don't think it's anything special.
When you have a lucid dream,
you can start to control
your own mind (unconscious).
I hear there are such practices in religion and yoga.

The dream I had for the first time in a while was a dream featuring a celebrity.
This is where the real dream analysis begins.
As I wrote in my previous post,
I will roughly summarize the dream where Taizo Harada from Neptune appears.
🧑🦱 A Dream About Taizo Harada (June 26)
A dream where I am a housekeeper and tutor at Taizo Harada's house.
-
Taizo's family structure in the dream. This is unrelated to his actual family.
Taizo
A wife who is young, fair-skinned, beautiful, and looks intelligent and elegant. She is wearing a black plain long-sleeved turtleneck top.
Two boys who look exactly like twins, around upper elementary school age. They are also wearing black plain tops.
Taizo was calm, natural, and had an atmosphere that made me feel at ease.
Taizo's house is a detached house. This is also a dream setting, so it is unrelated to reality.
Taizo, his wife, and I are talking at the entrance? Or gate? of the detached house. It is unclear what we talked about.
The wife seems to be smiling a bit bitterly?
The twin boys were beautiful, fair-skinned children who looked like their mother. But they were expressionless.
The color tone of the entire dream was grayish, like a blue-gray. The light level was like a cloudy day with thick clouds overhead.
The dream as a whole was calm, but there was a sense of faint anxiety and a slight tension somewhere in it.
No clear incident occurred, but there was a 'feeling that something was about to begin.'
I dreamt this in a state of semi-lucid dreaming.
In other words, I was dreaming while thinking, 'Is this a dream?'
I felt like I was dreaming while observing it objectively from a god's-eye view.

To not forget dreams: My memory techniques.
This dream of Taizo Harada.
Don't you think I remember it quite well?
Dreams are often forgotten immediately
due to the momentum of waking up, aren't they?
So, I will summarize my
recommended dream memory + recording methods,
based on my practices
and experience so far.
[My Dream Recording Techniques]
Prepare recording tools by your bedside before sleeping (a notepad and pen are recommended)
When you wake up from a dream, do not open your eyes immediately
Keep your eyes closed, recall the dream, and ruminate on it in your mind
Try not to move your body as much as possible (moving can cause the dream to fly away)
Once you remember it, take notes with your recording tools (even small details carefully)
Also note your mood and physical sensations upon waking (this will be effective later)
Even if you can't remember the whole story, take notes on even just one scene.
Tag the dream
Keywords such as being chased, family, water, celebrities, etc. When you are not used to it, don't try to memorize the whole story; just a small note is OK
Give the dream a title.
If you have recorded up to this point,
you can analyze it slowly
when you have time later.
Also, if you record this much,
you might remember the dream even after time has passed.
If you keep repeating this,
it will become easier to have lucid dreams.

Since this has become long, I will analyze this dream next time! lol
It's a bad habit of mine,
but I end up wanting to write too much.
I'm sorry if it's hard to read.
I didn't even get to the analysis,
and just ended up with the dream record = dream diary, oops.
In my next post,
I plan to include the analysis of this dream.
Please come back and read it again.
