Review of the previous post (Summary)

In my posts up to the last one, I have shared
three dreams I had within the last half-month
related to the symbolism of water.
They were: Mermaid → National Swimming Competition → Seaside Village.

The dream of the seaside village I introduced last time
was actually a lucid dream where I entered the world of
my favorite RPG that I played extensively as a child,
Final Fantasy 10 (FF10 / FFX).

In this FF10 dream, there was a small trigger
that made me realize my lucidity.
It was the clothing of the characters who appeared.

My lucidity was opened by the patterns on Wakka's clothes

The key person who appeared in this dream was
Wakka, who plays a major role in Final Fantasy 10
and is positioned as the protagonist's older brother figure.

Wakka's outfit is characterized by unique patterns
on his bandana and shoulder pads.

When I met him in the dream,
I didn't realize it was Wakka at first, but
as I looked at those characteristic clothing patterns (especially on his left shoulder),
I realized, 'It's Wakka!!'

At the time I had this dream, I had just restarted
Zentangle for the first time in two years
and was enjoying drawing it.

It is likely that my consciousness was easily drawn
to these kinds of mandala-like patterns.

Moreover, since it was part of his outfit,
it left a deep impression on me that the Zentangle,
which I usually draw in monochrome in reality,felt so colorful.

Since this dream, elements of Zentangle
have begun to appear sporadically
in my dreams.

In other words, I am continuing to experience Jung's mandala theory
at an unconscious level through dreaming,
while drawing Zentangle in reality.

I discovered water elements hidden in the characters of my dream!

Moreover, when I looked into Wakka's
character design again this time,
I found that the name Wakka means water in the Ainu language,
and it's possible that this is where it comes from.
(It seems to be one theory and not an official announcement)

In other words, I simply thought it was
a water connection in the dream's setting (pools, the ocean, hydrokinesis, etc.),
but I am surprised to realize that

the water element might have been hidden
in the name of the character who appeared in my dream.

Linked to this, I associated it with the idea that
the unique patterns on Wakka's outfit
might also be a design inspired by
traditional Ainu embroidery?!
That is what I concluded.

Originally, I like looking at
traditional clothing and patterns that strongly retain the lineage of ethnic groups,
starting with the Ainu.

They contain elements of mandalas and
the influence of high symbolism and mythology,
and they are simply beautiful to look at.

I never thought that talking about the game character Wakka
would lead to connections with
Zentangle, mandalas, and the traditional clothing elements I loved.

This is why dream analysis is interesting ♡

As you deepen your dream analysis,
things you hadn't noticed yourself start to become visible.

Not just through initial analysis, but by taking time like this,
and facing it slowly once more,
new discoveries and synchronicities occur.

Even though it is my own dream,
I find it endlessly fascinating.

Especially when it's a dream overflowing with elements I love,
and it has a positive theme,
re-analysis goes smoothly,
and it's great to be able to enjoy turning it into a note draft~♪

I want to draw Zentangle again! Give me time!

While I want to draw Zentangle again,
in the end, I've only been able to draw one new piece
since then.

I have too many things I like and want to do,
and I am lacking both time and physical energy.
What a luxurious problem to have 💦

I will manage my time well
and create a moment to work on
Zentangle again.

I cannot help but think so.

At this current moment,
I feel like a new Zentangle,
different from what I have drawn before,
might be born!

For me, immersing myself in creation and self-expression
that connects dreams and reality
is truly my happiest time.

It is a deep dream where water elements
and Zentangle patterns are even more strongly incorporated.
As I line them up chronologically and re-analyze them,
