Will you just react and keep sleeping in the cage of your thoughts? Or will you wake up and transcend the illusion?

The sense of unease in your heart won't go away, and you are exhausted
You want to believe in yourself, but you cannot
You are consumed by your thoughts and suffering
[ WARNING ]
This teaching is not about
modern "easy healing" or
"being saved just by reading"
"If you think more, it will work out"
"You should just rely on someone"
as these are not the kind of frameworks this is about,
for those accustomed to sweet consumer behavior,
it is a very painful "drastic medicine."
"You are just licking the paper of a sugar cube"
"Suffering does not disappear just by praying"
The truth thathits the nail on the head,
not only will your need for approval not be met,
but your feelings of belief will be harmed,
and it may very well invite a lot of resentment.
However, I will continue to shout this at the top of my lungs.
When consciousness is asleep,
the feeling of being trapped and the suffocation,
don't you think
the only way is to wake up your consciousness,
and create and protect the place and path
where your consciousness belongs?
We no longer have any more
time to waste.
It is time for the ego to surrender and yield to awakened consciousness and truth.
awakened consciousness to truth
surrender and yield.

Will you continue to sleep, merely reacting within the cage of thought? Or will you awaken and transcend the illusion?
For far too long, we have all
lived the story of 'self'.
Memories of the past.
Anxiety about the future.
The judgment of others.
Repetitive thoughts and familiar emotions.
Believing all of these to be 'my true self'.
But in reality,
most of it is nothing more than an 'illusion' created within the mind.
Many of us, while clinging to that illusion,
continue to sleep within the cage of thought without even realizing it.

Even when we intend to live consciously,
that very consciousness
can sometimes be used
'to justify oneself',
'to protect who we are now',
'to be saved without having to change'.
It is to that extent that
the structure of thought (the ego) is ingenious.
That is precisely why this book asks the question.
Will you continue to live this sleep?
Or will you, by your own will, transcend the illusion?
Many people feel fear at the word 'letting go'.
Attachment. Obsession. The self one has grown accustomed to.
Because they feel that having these things peel away
means 'the self disappearing'.

However, the true essence of life
loses nothing at all.
The truth is very quiet and simple.
When you put down a burden that is too heavy,
is there any real suffering in that?
When a shell that is no longer needed falls away naturally,
is there any sadness in that?
What is there
is simply a deep liberation,
and what life originally possessed,
It is a return to silence.
This 'awakening' is not mere knowledge.
Nor is it some special philosophy or concept.
It is a thorough practice,
to continuously return consciousness to the 'source' in every moment of daily life.
Walking. Cleaning. Eating. Breathing.
Even in those casual moments,
we can choose to sleep,
or we can choose to awaken.
Daily life itself becomes the dojo.
The path always divides into two.
Is it the path of seeking answers outside for the sake of comfort?
Or is it,
the path of taking responsibility for one's own life,
and walking on one's own feet back to the source of truth?

This chapter is,
a quiet invitation,
to those who have begun to transcend the limits of thought,
and remember their 'true self'.
Truth is,
It is not beyond thought.
It is already,
quietly waiting deep within you.
If, right now,
you can hear that call.
From here on out,
it will be a journey,
returning to the Source on your own two feet.

🌕️ To the pure you who wants to believe deep in your heart (Complete Edition)
An Invitation to Awakening — Noticing the Pulse of Life

[Epilogue] To the pure you felt deep in your heart
── The integration of the core of the Master's teachings
This chapter is not in the original structure, but it is a compilation I have re-edited as a final edition, integrating the core the Master wanted to convey and the important concepts included in the glossary from the perspective of a practitioner.
To those with heart—
You notice the suffering,
and you feel a pure consciousness deep in your heart,
but you don't know what to do.
Doubting, "Does unconditional love truly exist?" and
despairing at an unbelievable sense of confinement.
Though you decided, "I will not believe anymore,"
your lonely heart that wants to believe has been guided,
and you have been drawn here.
A [legendary masterpiece] overflowing with hope
that allows you, such a person, to move "beyond."
"To One That Feels"
"To the pure you who believes deep in your heart"
Using the modern tool of AI,
based on my over 10 years of practical experience at Wat Sakato,
and translated and supplemented with unwavering respect and trust,
this is to open the door to "the path beyond,"
the final version of a Dharma (truth) message that makes the soul tremble.
From the words and the spaces between the lines
spoken by the enlightened Luangpor Teean,
its core (essence) is presented
for [Japanese people who want to live the present moment more brilliantly],
as clearly as possible.
Rewoven with soul,
the "Compass of Life," breathed with life.

🌕 The Final Chapter of the "Revolution of Awareness" taught by Luangpor Teean
Please,
immerse yourself in it with all your heart and soul until the very end,
and read it.
Here,
I will introduce the "core" that Luangpor Teean most wanted to convey
——the ultimate simplicity of awakening in this very moment,
and its destructively powerful strength.
This is not merely the end of a teaching,
but the chapter of your "birth" where a new life begins.
Let's look back over the 5-part series!
🌕 The revolution begins with the "destruction" of the true nature of "fear"
✔ The "exit from hell" where you want to believe
but cannot
✔ The "Revolution of Awareness" from "feeling, wanting to believe" to
the "evolving"
"being able to believe, Sati (awakening)"
The "ultimate logical optimization" of shutting down the
low-speed CPU of thought,
and booting up the
cosmic-scale parallel processing OS of Sati.

🌕 Let's look back over the 5-part series!
Part 1: Invitation to Awakening — Noticing the Pulse of Life

🌕 Awakening to the "facts" of this very moment
(Original Title: TO ONE THAT FEELS)

Let the soul tremble, just as it is
Dear friend.
The fact that you are here,
touching these words in this place.
It is not a coincidence,
but proof that your inner life is seeking the "truth,"
trembling and resonating.
The world we live in
is moving without a moment's rest.
The wind blows through, leaves dance,
and thoughts arise and vanish one after another within the heart.
All of these are
the very flow of the river of the great **"cycle of life."**
However,
many people are swallowed by that torrent,
losing sight of where they stand
and what their own truth is.

**The small light called "Awareness (Sati)"**
Here,
the wisdom I wish to hand to you
is surprisingly simple, yet ultimate.
It is
"being 100% aware of yourself in this very moment."
That is all it takes.
"What good is such a simple thing?"
your mind
might harbor doubts.
However,
this small light of "awareness" is
the darkness that dominates your life
—the endless anxiety and
the illusions of past regrets—
it becomes the only light that breaks through.

Spiritual practice is awakening to the "now"
Spiritual practice
is not about going to some distant holy land.
It is not about chanting special spells,
or causing yourself suffering.
Right now,
you are following these words with your eyes,
breathing, and feeling your heartbeat.
To that "fact,"
simply be gently awake.
From there,
the true freedom of your soul begins.

Q&A
Questioner:
Luangpor, I am busy every day and have no time to be aware of myself. How can I maintain this "light"?
Luangpor:
It is your "thoughts"
that are saying, "I have no time."
Does it take time to inhale?
Do you need preparation to move your hand?
"Sati" is
not a part of life, but
life itself.
When you are walking,
when you are eating,
when you are talking to someone.
In every one of those moments,
the chance to awaken
is scattered infinitely.
Stop looking for special time, and
now,
feel the "life" in your hands.

Part 2: Crossing the Rough Waves of Thought — The Wisdom of Not Making "Thoughts" Your Enemy
Continuing from the first session, "An Invitation to Awakening,"
in the second session, we will delve deeply into
**"Why do we get swayed by thoughts even when we know better?"**
—a wall that
every practitioner inevitably faces.
Luangpor Teean does not
teach how to erase thoughts.
He proposes a paradigm shift that transforms the "waves" of thought
into the "radiance" of life.

🌕️ Do not follow, do not reject "thoughts"
(Original Title: DON'T FOLLOW, DON'T REJECT)

Rising thoughts are the "fluctuations of life"
When you begin the practice,
you may be surprised by the intense speed at which
"thoughts" arise within your mind.
"What should I do about tomorrow's schedule?"
"I shouldn't have said that back then."
"When will I ever reach enlightenment...?"
Here, I will share an important truth with you.
Please do not try to erase the "thoughts" that arise,
nor think of them as something bad.
The fact that thoughts arise is proof that your life is alive,
and it is part of a natural cycle.
Just as clouds float in the sky
and waves rise on a river,
it is a natural law for thoughts to arise in the mind.

**Do not jump into the "thoughts," just "observe" them**
Luangpor Teean compared our relationship with thoughts
to a "cat and a mouse."
When the mouse (thought) appears,
if the cat (awareness) just watches it steadily,
the mouse cannot cause any trouble.

You
are not the "thoughts" themselves.
You are
the place where those thoughts arise and
fade away
—the vast 'emptiness' itself.
* The automatic nature of thought: If left alone, the brain will produce thoughts on its own.
The intervention of awareness: The moment a thought arises, notice, 'Ah, I am thinking now.'
Completion of the incomplete: A thought that has been noticed loses its energy and naturally returns to the original silence.

Like suddenly turning on a light in the darkness
Do not chase after 'thoughts.'
At the same time, do not try to force them down.
Simply,
like suddenly turning on a light in a dark room,
shine the light of awareness that says,
'Ah, I am thinking.'
When the light shines,
the shadows (confusion) will naturally disappear.
Just be
a gardener who quietly and gently
observes the garden of their own mind.

Q&A
Questioner:
Before I can 'notice,' I get swallowed up by thoughts and spend minutes in delusions. Do I lack talent?
Luang Por:
The moment you 'notice'
that you were swallowed up,
you have already awakened.
How long you were lost
does not matter.
The important thing is
not to blame yourself
the moment you notice.
Smile and say, "Ah, I was lost in thought again," and
gently return to the movement of your body and your physical sensations right now.
That very process of "returning"
makes your awareness stronger
and more robust.

Part 3: Synchronicity of Body and Consciousness — Movement is the Address of the "Now"
Continuing from Part 2,
"Transcending the Rough Seas of Thought (The Wisdom of Not Making Thoughts Your Enemy),"
in Part 3,
we will delve deeply into the core of practice:
**"How exactly do we anchor awakening?"**
which is the return to bodily sensation.
Escape the trap of trying to understand only with your head (thought),
and learn the technique of tethering your consciousness
to the only truth: the "moving physical body."
This is a highly dynamic section
where you receive the cycle of life
not as a concept, but as a "lived experience."

🌕️ The Body is the Anchor of "Awakening"
(Original Title: THE BODY AS AN ANCHOR)

**The Only Way to Stay in the "Now"**
Many people
try hard to stay in the "here and now,"
but the mind immediately escapes to the past or the future.
This is because
the mind (thought) has no form
and is impossible to grasp.
Luangpor Teean says:
**"Be aware of your moving body.
That will be the strongest anchor
to tether you to the 'now'."**
The movements of the manual meditation we practice
—raising, rotating, and lowering the hands.
Within these simple movements,
all the truths of the universe are condensed.
“Knowing” is not about knowledge.
It is not about knowledge.
In the very moment your hand is moving,
it is the state of directly feeling
the “quality of that movement.”

The technique to clear the “fog” of thought
When we are lost in the fog,
what do we do?
We stop,
and we confirm the solid ground (reality) beneath our feet.
In life,
“thought”
is exactly like this fog.
When the fog of anxiety, anger, and confusion sets in,
instead of trying to brush them away,
simply return your awareness to the solid ground
of the “moving hand.”
* The hand moves.
There is a “knowing mind” (sati) that is aware of it.
That is all that is needed.
As you repeat this simple cycle,
the fog of thought naturally clears,
and the “silent lake”
within you reveals itself.

Becoming one with the vibrancy of life
This meditation
is not merely relaxation.
It is a process where every one of your cells
harmonizes with
the cycle of life (Dhamma).
When you are aware
that you are “moving,”
you are life itself.
When you are aware
that you are “still,”
you are silence itself.
There is no room
for the attachment of “self” to enter there.
Simply,
the light of awareness
is just passing through your body.

Sanditthiko: Right here, in these hands
This sensation does not
need to be explained by anyone else.
You, right now,
open your hand,
and close it.
The moment you capture
that subtle sensation
by thinking, 'Ah, it moved just now,'
you are already awake.
That is
the true meaning of
'Sanditthiko (that which can be verified by oneself, here and now).'

Q&A
Questioner:
When I try to focus on the movement,
I end up tensing my shoulders instead.
How can I relax and maintain 'awareness'?
Luangpor:
Do not try to
'concentrate.'
Concentration is a heavy energy
like staring fixedly at a single point, but
'awareness (sati)' is
as light as a bird's feather dancing in the sky.
Instead of trying hard to observe,
'simply notice what is already there.'
With that pure curiosity,
like a baby looking at its own hands in wonder,
try observing your own movements.

When the tension (attachment) disappears,
awareness will naturally,
and powerfully, overflow.

Part 4: Complete Liberation from Suffering — The Moment the Chains are Broken
In Part 3, "Synchronicity of Body and Consciousness," we learned how to anchor ourselves in the "now."
And now, in Part 4, that accumulation finally triggers a
"Quantum Leap" (a shift from quantity to quality).
The state of being reached by Luangpor Teean.
It is not about controlling suffering or running away from it, but a leap to "the place where suffering itself cannot exist."
When the chains are broken, what will you see?
This chapter will serve as a "prophecy" for your soul.

🌕️ Cutting the Chain of Thought
(Original Title: CUTTING THE CHAIN OF THOUGHT)

Suffering is hidden within "speed"
When we feel suffering, what is happening inside our minds?
In reality, thoughts are spinning at an incredible speed, creating a story of "me" on their own.
The eye sees something → judges it as "Oh, that's an unpleasant person" → anger arises → memories of the past resurface....
This chain (dependent origination) races by with the speed of lightning. It is so fast that we do not even realize we are being swept up in it.
However, the powerful "awareness (sati)" cultivated through hand-movement meditation applies the brakes to this high-speed spinning wheel.

**The complete separation of the 'Seer' and the 'Seen'**
At some moment,
a time will come when you suddenly realize.
'Ah, there is anger. But I am not angry.'
This is not wordplay.
It is like the sensation of
watching a river (anger) flow
from the riverbank (awareness).
At that moment,
you understand for the first time.
That suffering is
not a monster with substance, but
an illusion that only appears when you
**'identify (fuse) with thought'**
.

If you cut the rope, the boat will not drift
Luangpor says:
'Cut the rope of thought with the knife of awareness.'
The moment you see the source where thoughts are born,
the rope snaps.
Then, what happens?
The 'boat of emotions' that has been dragging you around until now
loses its destination,
and quietly vanishes on the spot.
There is no need to fight.
By simply 'observing,'
the enemy disappears.
This is
enlightenment as a 'win by default.'

Becoming an empty vessel
After suffering disappears,
what remains there
is not 'nothingness.'
There,
there is an overflowing
**'silence' and 'compassion.'**
The state where the small shell called "I" breaks, and you become completely one with the great cycle of life.
You become an empty vessel,
into which the wisdom of the universe flows without end.
This is precisely
the highest happiness (Nirvana)
that a human can reach.

Q&A
Questioner:
Once you reach that state, do you become like a "doll" that never gets angry or cries ever again?

Luang Por:
No, the opposite.
You become more human than anyone else,
and you will feel more richly than anyone else.
Rather,
your five senses will be sharper than anyone else's,
and you will function perfectly as a living being.
However,
there will be no "emotions"
appearing there ever again.
Even if you always "smile" naturally,
it is not because your heart is stirred by stimulation to laugh.
Even if your body feels pain,
your heart will never be sad and
shed "tears" ever again.
Just as a mirror reflects what is in front of it,
you simply know the facts as they are.
There is no heat,
and no weight.
You will be eternal silence,
and become a free existence (emptiness)
that is not stained by anything.

Part 5: Keeping the Light Burning — The Practice Called Daily Life (Conclusion)
In Part 4,
we witnessed the moment
when the chains of suffering were severed.
However,
this is not the end.
Rather,
this is where the real start begins.
In the final 5th session,
not only during special meditation time,
but also in the 'gritty daily life' of work, housework, and relationships,
**how to keep this light of awakening lit.**
I will provide specific guidelines for that.
This is a 'conclusion,' but
it is also the 'beginning' chapter
of your new life.

🌕️ The greatest enemy called 'complacency'
(Original Title: THE DANGER OF COMPLACENCY)

Enlightenment is not the goal, but the starting point
When people have an intense experience of 'seeing the truth,'
they tend to think,
'I am okay now,'
'I have made it.'
However,
Luangpor Teean
warns strictly.
'Never, ever be complacent.'
Because
the habits of thought (karma) that we have accumulated over decades
do not disappear so easily.
If you let your guard down for a moment,
old habits will creep in
and try to drag you back
into sleep again.
Even the thought that 'I am enlightened'
can become a new attachment.

Like turning off a spinning electric fan
So,
how should we face
the remaining old habits?
It is like
turning off the switch
of a spinning electric fan.
Even if the switch (fundamental ignorance) is turned off,
the blades (habits of thought) will not stop immediately due to inertia.
They will continue to spin for a while.
The important thing is
**"to stop sending new electricity (energy)."**
Even when old habits arise,
do not react to them.
Do not judge them.
Just
"Ah, it is still spinning"
and remain aware of it.
If you do that,
eventually the energy will run out,
and the time will come when it stops completely.

Your very existence becomes "light"
A person who has completed their practice
does not need to go out of their way to show off to others that
"I am enlightened."
That person's demeanor,
gentle way of speaking,
and bottomless compassion.
All of these things
naturally heal those around them,
and become a "living teaching" that leads them to awakening.
You living with awareness of the "now."
That in itself
is the greatest contribution to this world.

The final message from Luang Por
Dear friend.
The teaching of the path is finished.
The map is in your hands.
The rest is for you to walk yourself.
It is okay to fall.
It is okay to get lost.
Each time that happens,
just simply
return to the sensation of your hand moving right now.
Return to your breath.
**Rely on the light called "Sati," which never fades.**
May your journey
be filled with peace.

Q&A
Questioner:
When I return to daily life, I inevitably lose my awareness. I am afraid of losing the state of being I once attained.
Luang Por:
There is nothing to fear.
A person who has once fully opened their eyes
will never return to their original blindness.

Even if you are covered by clouds of thought,
the sun (the truth) has not disappeared.
The moment you realize, "Ah, I have lost my awareness just now,"
you are already back under the sun.
Life is
a repetition of this "losing"
and "returning."
Trust that process,
and enjoy it.

**(Conclusion. And, to your new life.)**

🌕️ From thinking intelligence to aware intelligence.
The path of thinking and the path of consciousness are separate.
The practice of separating those two
is Charoensati meditation.
Whether it is Buddhism, Thai Buddhism,
religion,
or whether one is a monk or not, it does not matter.
Many Westerners with a Christian background have come to practice,
and people with an Islamic background have also
come to practice.
It does not matter what your parents are like,
or what your past is like.
Whether you have deep trauma
or not.
Even that
is not questioned here at all.
Because
there is no need to dig up and analyze
past pain.
This is 'self-training.'
In this very moment,
is there Sati (awakened consciousness),
or is there not?
That is the only difference.
It is not about using thought to notice thought.
A state without Sati is
a state of drowning in waves of thoughts and emotions,
and in that state, neither truth
nor unconditional love can exist.
And,
without Sati,
one cannot even properly use
thoughts such as knowledge or skills.
Without the growth and contribution
that support the existence of us as a whole life,
which is the universal Sati,
is it not true that there can be no development
for individuals, families, society, or nations?
Now,
what is growing?
What is developing?
What is the learning or work for?
I sincerely hope that your studies and work
are not those where the path of Sati is closed
and dominated by thoughts and emotions,
now and in the future.
Not having Sati means
that you cannot believe in the truth,
and it is time to quietly realize the reality
that you end up believing in
fraud, deception, illusions, delusions, and lies.
You may be caught up
in education or work
that supports an exploitative structure.

You may hear
a massive backlash of ego
from within people's hearts.

Our essence is always unchanging,
pure, praying, believing,
and waiting quietly to awaken.
Therefore, when the self that believes in assumptions
is dismantled, Sati and consciousness naturally and honestly awaken,
and can grow.

Where there is no Sati,
and where Sati does not grow,
people do not thrive, and life is difficult
to live.

Also, once awakened to Sati,
any person,
and any job or role,
can contribute.

"Why is my effort not being rewarded..."
You worry about this forever, but
to be blunt,
even if you think about it until you get a headache, you won't find the answer.

That is not despair, but the starting point of awakening.
In fact,
the truth is completely different from our thoughts.
It is the opposite.

If the small life that is 'me' goes unnoticed in life,
falls out of the cycle of life,
and is lonely and weak,
if you are brainwashed by the vast amount of information,
the majority of information with strong, immediate stimuli,
swept away by the great flow of people,
and become extremely mentally exhausted,
unable to choose what is true, unable to stand in the right place,
and lost in a maze from overthinking,
there is a way to find it out,
and protect and nurture it yourself.
Let's purify and recharge within the cycle of life!

Your body and mind are not trash cans.
Are they at normal levels? Let's polish them until they are transparent!

People are exhausted from believing in society or others.

〇 To you who can believe in your own infinite potential
No more staring at maps.
The next path is to the Life Consciousness Evolution Retreat.
Charoon Sati meditation is
a technology of life.

This time, it is your turn to act,
savor, and experience it.

The sincere heart you have forgotten yourself,
and time spent focusing on the great cycle of life
are necessary for radiance.
Time to listen only to the voice of your own heart.
A time of concentration where you can find the answer within yourself.

We
believe in our thoughts and emotions,
which are our temporary selves,
and do not cherish our true selves.
The real you is
the quiet, awakened consciousness that notices
that those thoughts and emotions
'arise and disappear',
which is Sati.

Only those who can truly rejoice in the ability to awaken,
to make efforts and devote themselves,
who enjoy every process of growth,
and who believe in themselves to overcome
every trial,
please come.

In this long life,
to [live as your true self].
First of all,
not anyone else,
not social common sense,
and not the temporary self (ego)
that is your thoughts and emotions.
Let's focus on rescuing
'Sati (awakened consciousness)'
that lies at your center!

This is not self-centeredness.
It is a determination to love and cherish
the hearts of us all.

Toward a path of living with Sati,
where you, others, and the world connect with sincerity.

It is time for the ego to
surrender and yield to awakened consciousness,
the truth.
【For one year, try stopping your ego-self
to listen to Sati (the voice of the heart)!】
――A retreat for a fresh start, living awakened with Sati

We will make Sati (consciousness)
independent from the ego (the temporary self)!

“Your original, sharpened, transparent self is revived”

What you truly want to find
is right there, where time has stopped,
inside your own heart.
Stop looking for it outside,
and now,
notice your inner self,
and try feeling Sati!

This means that the quality, flow, and direction of your way of life
will naturally transform and optimize in accordance with nature;
it is not about becoming someone or something special,
but about becoming more transparent and natural, increasing your natural power,
and returning to nature.

Living your ordinary days as they are,
even when difficult changes occur,
or when joyful things arrive,
this is an 【inner revolution of unshakeable peace】
where you live by taking deep, transparent, and ordinary breaths.

For you who have come this far,
the
journey of the soul
is ready to begin.
