Until Monday, August 22nd
There is still time.
Let's all post our stress relief methods
and relieve stress together.
End the stress society!!
The previous one was "Love Memories Project"
since March of last year.
The article from that time is here.
It's too real and embarrassing, isn't it? This.
🤔 "By the way, what is stress?"
Lately, I've been doing whatever I want,
so I rarely feel stress.
My personal relationships are good.
I can control my work to some extent.
"Well, of course you wouldn't accumulate stress!!"
😏 "You don't have to act cool!!"
A meeting goes up in flames.
Only my team misses its target.
Unable to work due to COVID-19.
It's full of stress!
Just let it slide. Process it.
I've just gotten better at handling stress.
Something like this happened before.
Globis reports are too tough.
The group chat at that time:
🤔 "While writing the report, for some reason I'm naked."
😱 "What? You too!? I'm naked too. To think there are multiple nudists!"
🧐 "The cognitive load is so high that even the weight of clothes is a hindrance!!"
🤣 "I get it!! I get it!!"
It showed a mysterious excitement.
So, stress must exist.
At the time, was getting naked a way to relieve stress?
I can't do it in front of others.
It's exclusively for when I'm cornered alone.
That's good.
I also had a naked episode.
Like this, Mioichi-san = Naked -
I suppose that kind of bias spreads.
Entrance exam study, reports, certification exams.
When doing problems that are too difficult.
I sit on a chair naked
in a pose like "L from Death Note".
That makes studying go more smoothly.
Even further back, when I was a student,
due to stress, I would scratch my eyebrows so much that
they disappeared completely.
Index finger, middle finger, ring finger,
I would scratch my eyebrows horizontally with these three fingers.
Then, before I knew it, my eyebrows would be gone.
I even scratched my back until it was covered in wounds.
My way of relieving stress
“Sitting on a chair in a gym-class pose, completely naked and covered in wounds”
No, that is“completely perverted”.
That was a long time ago, when I lived alone.
So, what about now?
I can't really do that at home anymore.
My strategy is to avoid building up stress.
Even if there is stress, I let it slide.
It means I've gotten better at relieving stress.
My way of relieving stress
Regularlyshedding tearsis the key.
Movies, dramas, manga, theater, YouTube
Crying anytime, anywhere, as many times as I want
Here is what I talked about on Stand.fm because I cried too much
I've attached an image
It's a cliché, but cryingcleanses the heart.
I can truly feelthat it's good to be alive.I can realize that.
It doesn't have to be anything that deep,
it just makes me feel calm.
Medically speaking, tears are said to be good for stress relief, as they flush stress hormones out of the body, activate the parasympathetic nervous system, and trigger the release of endorphins and pain-relieving hormones.
I cry so often anyway that
I don't need to do 'tear-katsu' (tear activities); if I turn on Netflix,
I cry automatically.
5 things that make me cry
1. Glasses that show color
A project by Chainner-san.
A video I also introduced in my YouTube history.
I can cry no matter how many times I watch it.
“We were living in such a beautiful world”
2. The Kyoto tragedy
In the nursing care industry, this is an incident used in training to think about how systems should be and how to provide support.
Help me!
When that voice cannot be raised.
Supporters cannot provide support.
How do we find and support them?
How do we bridge the gaps in the system?
I feel like our professional awareness is being questioned.
3. I-LAND
Even if you just watch this part, you won't understand it at all.
An audition show for ENHYPEN.
At this time, 11 people were competing for 7 debut spots.
4 people will be eliminated. They are friends and rivals.
If you stay, someone else has to leave.
It's too painful to watch.
Two years have passed since then. Now, it's this.
An audition centered on the four who were defeated in I-LAND: K, Taki, EJ (Eui-joo), and Nicholas. I cry every week. The full version is on Hulu.
4. Miracle Lesson
An NHK documentary.
Recently, it's on BS1.
The world's strongest coaches teach children.
It's surprising how their talents are drawn out.
In the final presentation or match scenes,
I cry as if I were a parent.
Most recently, on August 23rd,
it was the baseball edition with Hisashi Iwakuma.
5. Netflix
I always cry my eyes out watching movies and dramas on Netflix.
My recommendation is Twenty-Five Twenty-One.
I wrote two notes about it.Part 1,Part 2
There are 16 episodes,
but if you hang in there until episode 14, you'll be crying non-stop.
There are tear-jerking scenes before that, too.
Recommended for people in their 40s.
I tried to pick 5 movies,
but surprisingly, I finished without introducing even one.
Listen to it on Stand.fm.
There are still more things that make me cry.
Besides that, I can cry at Chaplin, Martin Luther King Jr.'s speeches, and F1 narration. Of course, I can cry at picture books like Hanasakiyama and Mochimochi no Ki.
It's not just about sadness; I can cry when everyone works hard together & that's what the auditions and Miracle Lesson are. Come to think of it, I also cried at Acchan's Gatsby. At this point, anything goes.
It's about time I cried for my own sake.
Is that something sad?
Or something happy?
What for?
For whom?
Well then, see you
again!
Mioichi-san,
thank you for the fun project.
I was crying my eyes out while looking for materials.
