When you feel restless and somewhat anxious.
Feeling somewhat restless,
feeling somewhat adrift,
feeling like time is just passing by,
Somehow, somehow...
anxious.
I don't know what to do.
The anxiety just keeps growing,
and I can't handle it on my own.
When that happens,
it's good to let those feelings go.
By using the method of "releasing (speaking out)." (In Japanese, 'releasing' and 'speaking' are homophones.)
"Speaking out" is incredibly effective for
releasing the anxiety built up inside your body
and refreshing yourself.
For example, like this.
◆Please tell us about the changes in your heart before and after the session.
Even though nothing particularly bad had happened, I felt somewhat hazy and a bit down, and I couldn't fall asleep easily and my sleep was shallow, butafter receiving mingo's counseling, I fell asleep soundly for the first time in a while and slept well until morning!
With the sense of security from beingaccepted by mingo, my anxious feelings, which I didn't even understand myself, calmed down.
◆What are your honest impressions, what left an impression on you, and what kind of person do you think you will become?
I was struggling with hazy feelings for which I didn't even know the clear cause, wondering "what should I do?" butthe methods to clear them up were all easy to incorporate immediately, so I was grateful.
From now on, even if it's the opinion of someone close to me, I decided tostrengthen my own core so I can choose whether it is truly necessary for me.
◆Who would you recommend this to?
People who want to be gently supported
People who want to feel a sense of security
People who are exhausted from overthinking
People who haven't been very good at relying on others until now
>Even though nothing particularly bad had happened,

Having some worries,
not being able to fall asleep,
or even after getting into bed, not being able to relax
and thinking about things.
That is proof that you are carrying
something you cannot handle alone.
I know you are trying hard
to do something about it,
but aren't you trying a little too hard?
It's okay to relax more.
It's okay to rely on others.
Let's give yourself permission to do that.
After all,
you've been working so, so hard.
It doesn't mean you're a failure
just because you rely on others.
It's just taking a break.
Even the most amazing athletes
take breaks, right?
They must be maintaining their mind and body too.
So you too, feel free, take it easy,
and be kind to yourself.
How about "counseling"
for maintaining your heart?
>I fell asleep soundly for the first time in a while,

Such a reward
might be waiting for you (^ ^)
