[Self-Introduction] Solving the Mystery of Myself: A Story Beginning with the Experience of Loss

Hello, I am Kiyomi.

Better late than never, here is my self-introduction.

The greatest trial I have faced among the many experiences I have had so far was the loss of my beloved daughter.

Through this experience, I deeply realized the importance of grief care and self-growth. While facing my sorrow, I encountered astrology as a new perspective, and my journey to understand myself even further began.

For me, astrology became a "mirror to re-examine myself" and a key to unlocking unknown possibilities.

I am starting a "Star Reading Session to Know and Utilize Yourself" on "Street Academy," where I previously learned coaching.

From my experience of frustration in a community where I learned and applied therapy shortly after my loss, I learned the importance of living by my own values rather than being bound by the values of others.

We sometimes realize that the path we thought we chose was actually due to the expectations of others or social pressure. I felt that in order to realize this and overcome the resistance in our hearts, it is smoother if the way we use our brains and our way of thinking change.

In this note, I would like to introduce various approaches beyond just healing oneself, and help those who are struggling to find a way of life that is true to themselves.

I hope to deliver articles that provide realizations such as "Oh, I have been living believing that," or a sense of relief that "It was okay to be the person I was until now." Thank you for your support.
