[Self-Introduction & Sitemap] Updated June 18, 2025🌟
🌱 Self-Introduction | I'm Mika, writing to live my own life
I started on note on May 29, 2024.
I took a short break from note between December 2024 and April 17, 2025.
I had to say goodbye to someone precious, and I just couldn't put it into words.
But, I've gradually come to terms with my feelings, and I wanted to reach out to someone with my own words again—that's the feeling I had when I returned.
I've updated my self-introduction and sitemap (June 18, 2025).
If you read this, you'll understand me well!
Hopefully.
✏️ Why I started note
I was managing somehow, but until now, I've had clients suddenly cut my pay, or
been told, "The structure has changed, so we won't need you from next month."
I've always wondered if this was really okay.
When I left the law firm to go independent, I thought that in the future, I would like to use my experience and knowledge to
be of help to someone.
I was thinking about what I could do for that, and I arrived at "note".
I've always liked broadcasting.
I've even been a radio personality,
and I also did YouTube with my partner.
But, I felt like it wasn't quite right, so it's currently on hiatus.
Just broadcasting didn't really lead to anything.
I'm on social media too, but it's too focused on my private life and feels half-hearted.
The challenge was that I wasn't connecting it to my work.
Before COVID, there were various things happening at my parents' house, and then COVID hit.
These past six years have been mentally exhausting.
I was just getting through the work in front of me.
But, this time, I'm going to give it a serious try.
I'd be happy if my experiences and information could be a reference for someone.
Of course, if I'm going to do it, I want to monetize it.
That's the thought with which I started note.
🔄 Current Situation (June 18, 2025)
On April 17, 2025, I made a fresh start and resumed note.
And, I also started the membership "Watashi Lab" that I've wanted to do for a long time.
Updating is honestly quite a lot of work, but
I don't know why, but every day feels a little more fun,
and I write my articles with excitement.
✏️ Here is my current posting schedule
I decide on a theme each week and am updating at the following pace👇
Mon, Wed, Fri | Free theme series
Tue, Thu | Marketing Law Encyclopedia (🧠 M-Series)
Saturday | Paid practical articles (some include checklist bonuses)
Sunday + one weekday | Articles exclusive to Watashi Lab members
💡 My current feelings
Monetization is happening little by little.
But before that, I would be happy if people could first get to know me as a person through this note.
To deliver the experience and knowledge I have built up so far to those who need it.
I feel like I have finally entered a phase where I can think, 'I'm going to face this seriously.'
What I want to convey has become much clearer than before.
What I want to deliver is not 'organizing thoughts' or 'know-how',
but something like 'a blueprint for thinking that you can return to when you get stuck.'
🧠 The reason I want to deliver a 'blueprint for thinking'
Since I was young, I have been drilled tothink about things from the other person's perspective.I was taught that.
Perhaps because of that,
'What were this person's feelings?'
'What kind of background do they have?'
Imagining the inside of people has naturally become a habit.
As I have gotten older,
I have become interested in the 'flow of thought' itself that lies behind words.
People are creatures of emotion.
Happy, frustrated, impatient, depressed.
Emotions well up on their own, and you can't control them as you wish.
However, thoughts can be chosen. They can be reorganized.
That is why, on note, I want to deliver
a 'blueprint for thinking' for those who are lost to move forward as themselves again.
This is something that can be used in both work and private life.
Even now, I myself
every day, organize my own thoughts and the thoughts of others while I work.
Even when I feel like I might get carried away by my emotions,
just knowing 'how to think about it' can sometimes change the flow.
I'm sure it will be useful for you, too.
🌿 About Watashi Lab
Are you working hard but spinning your wheels?
You're doing everything right, but things aren't going well.
Even though you aren't cutting corners in your content or your work, the response is weak.
Before you know it, even your own sense of direction starts to blur... that feeling of 'Why?'
For those who want to move forward while carrying that 'foggy period'.
Watashi Labis a place I created to help you get yourself back on track.
What kind of place is 'Watashi Lab'?
The desire to work hard and the desire to stand still.
I created this so you can move forward at your own pace while holding onto both of those feelings.
When you're lost, or when you want to get back on your feet,
I deliver 'words' and 'questions' twice a week that you can drop by and read.
When you feel like you're losing yourself, you can 'return to yourself' just a little bit.
I would be happy if we could accumulate those kinds of moments together.
What you can do when you join the lab👇
📝 Exclusive articles twice a week (every Sunday + one weekday)
I carefully deliver 'words' and 'questions' that help you feel centered just by reading them.
Each theme should be perfect for the moment you want to face yourself.
🗂 In addition, you can read some of Mika's paid articles (100 yen) for free
Most articles now have a 'free-to-read part,' so
please start by reading the ones that interest you.
📘 Bonus PDF from the first article: '7 Questions to Reset Yourself'
A fill-in-the-blank self-work guide. I've made it usable on both smartphones and paper.
I think it will be useful when you think, 'I want to reset, but how?'
📚 You can read all archives / Go at your own pace
Even on busy days, I want you to feel free to come back at your own timing without pushing yourself.
Changes happening inside the lab
Escaped from circular thinking and started seeing the words I need for myself
Became able to 'reset while moving' instead of 'moving after resetting'
My own 'sense of self' has properly returned to my content and work
I've received many voices like that.
Take the first step at your own pace
You don't have to try too hard on your own.
Organizing things might not be about working hard, but about 'having a place to return to'.
If you feel a little curious...
that timing is surely the right time to start.
Why not take a peek at 'Watashi Lab' first?

💼 Current Work
I became independent from being a paralegal at a law firm in February 2020. I established my company in July of the same year, and my 15th term is now coming to an end.
I provide consulting for finance, business turnaround, and M&A.I do this.
I have always been good at looking at numbers and supporting management from a financial perspective.
I support client companies like an external CFO.
Since my time at the law firm, I have often ended up in a coordinating role for some reason,
and I often get involved in people's problems as well.
I spent 14 years at a law firm, involved in business turnaround and M&A.I still use that experience to team up with lawyers,
supporting corporate revitalization and helping company presidents think about their 'next chapter' in life.
I also provide support for M&A advisory, brokerage, and business restructuring.
Recently, consulting for those aiming to start a businesshas also increased.
It is very rewarding to stand by those who are about to take a new step forward.
I am also continuing my flower business, though on a slightly smaller scale.
I sell gift arrangements using preserved flowers and artificial flowers, which is another important job I have been doing for a long time.
I have compiled my career history so far into a paid magazine.
If you are interested, feel free to take a quiet look.
😊 I forgot to write about what kind of person I am.
It's a rough summary, but I'm this kind of person▽
[Personality]
・When I was at a law firm, I was called an "iron mask"
・I am competitive and hate dishonesty. I never say "I give up" at work
・I may look strict, but I'm actually so helpful that staff often tell me I'm "too kind"
・I have my personal likes and dislikes, but when it comes to work, I view people fairly and impartially
・I'm the type who can't leave someone in trouble alone
[Hobbies]
◯ Watching Baseball
I'm a Hiroshima Carp fan. I watch over 10 games a year and visit Mazda Stadium 2-3 times a year
◯ Drawing
I started learning sketching in 2019, moving from watercolors to oil painting now.
◯ Pilates & Personal Training
I go to the ward gym for Pilates once a week and have a personal training session once a week. It's my time for body and mind maintenance
◯ Visiting Shrines and Temples
I like to make shrines and temples the destination of my walks. I always visit at least one when I travel
◯ Sake
I love it so much that I earned a Sake Sommelier certification. I keep my favorites in a dedicated sake refrigerator
◯ My two beloved dogs
My eldest, born in 2007, crossed the rainbow bridge on January 15, 2025.
I still haven't recovered...
Now I have a mischievous boy born in 2022, and he's becoming more and more of a spoiled brat
◯ Relaxing at a cottage in Minamiboso
I spend time slowly with my dogs at a cottage right in front of the ocean. It's my favorite place that I visit 3-4 times a year
📚 About Magazines
My note articles are organized into magazines, with frame colors assigned to each theme.
At first, it was just posts related to birth flowers, but it started to drift, so I reorganized it.
Now it's categorized like this:
🧠 [Marketing Illustrated] Marketing Principles Illustrated
I explain the "patterns" of psychology and purchasing behavior that lead to results, using real-life examples and diagrams.
🔵 [Blue Frame] Articles useful for work
A magazine compiling perspectives directly applicable to practical work and business tips.
🟠 [Orange Frame] Trivia for life and work
I'm casually collecting bits of trivia and knowledge that are useful for both daily life and business.
🟡 [Yellow Frame] Daily life and insights
Articles where my true self comes out, including sudden realizations and daily occurrences.
🔴 [Red Frame] note growth record
Logs from when I started note and records of my trial and error. Also useful for those just starting out.
💗 [Pink Frame] Self-introduction summary for paid articles
A magazine of paid articles that delve into my career and experience so far.
If you're interested, feel free to take a peek.
🌟 Others
I also collect travel records and hobby-related stories in magazines.
🎯 Summary
Honestly, how can I talk about monetization when I'm not even doing the work?
But finally, I've started to feel like I can "give it a proper go."
Doing things aimlessly won't change anything.
That's why, from here on out,I'll be just a little more serious.
At the same time, I want to face things in a way that is truly "like me."
More than ever, taking it easy (but still being serious) I'll keep doing my best, so
if you'd like, please quietly support me.
📣 If you like this article...
💬 I'd be happy if you could share your thoughts in the comments or reactions, and 🫶 if you follow me, it will be an encouragement for the future.
🌟 Of course, likes are also very welcome!
Thank you. I look forward to your continued support.
