I write my daily report in a notebook by hand every day. I then turn it into text by either taking a photo of it or reading it aloud and recording it.

You can put the photo into Gemini and ask it to "convert to text," or if you are using a PC, you can paste the photo into Google Keep Notes and immediately convert it to text using "Grab image text." How to turn voice recordings into text

Podcast This is also a recommended method for those who do. You can convert audio files to text just by uploading them to NotebookLM as a source! If you ask it to "clean up the filler words" in the recorded text, it will tidy it up nicely for you.

To continue posting without strain

It is truly difficult to keep posting when your time is limited. First, setting a specific time is the shortest path. If possible, do it in the morning; if that's difficult, do it right after you get home. Your thinking ability declines as the night goes on, so it is ideal if you can secure even just 10 minutes earlier in the day.

I personally use a style where I write my daily report in the evening and create content from it. If you use Google AI agent Antigravity or other AI agents, you can even give instructions for file naming and folder storage via voice input, which saves a lot of time.
