The Day Ordinary Travel Turns Into Something Special

Unexpected! What can you do at a time like that?
I am currently on vacation at my in-laws' house. 🍉🌻
I am grateful to my in-laws for spoiling our whole family, and I am updating this note after having turned another year older. ✨
This time, an event occurred where I felt Ki-gaku during my travels. 😣
On the day of travel, the Earth Star 2 was in the center, and the destination, Shin-Osaka Station, was in the direction of the Earth Star 8. 🧭 On the opposite side of the Earth Star 2 in the center is the Earth Star 5.
The position of the star that comes to the opposite side of the Earth Star 5 across the center (the 8 position) is calledAnkensatsu (Dark Sword Kill), and it is said thatsomething unexpected might happen, like being suddenly stabbed from out of the darkness, it is said.
On the morning of the travel day, there was a notification of a person-under-train accident on the line of my nearest station. 🚃
My house is 30 minutes away by car from another station on the line...
Unfortunately, I couldn't make it to the Shinkansen I had planned on. 💔
Since it was the Obon holiday, the Shinkansen trains around that time were fully booked. 🈵 I managed to change to a Green Car seat 90 minutes after arriving at Shin-Osaka. 🚄
When my husband said he wanted to arrive as soon as possible even if our seats were scattered, I unusually insisted, "I don't feel like anything good comes from rushing in a panic! Since we got these, let's go on the Shinkansen 90 minutes later!" lol
A trainspotter's soul is the savior 📸
Waiting 90 minutes with a preschooler is quite a task.
Fortunately, we were able to sit in the waiting room at Shin-Osaka Station, but just as I thought he wouldn't be able to sit still,
"Mom, the Limited Express Kuroshio is coming!"
My son has a relatively wide range of interests, from heroes to trains.
Alright, let's switch gears and go take pictures of trains! I asked my husband to watch our luggage and headed to the conventional line platform.
Since we don't have many opportunities to see them, we took pictures with the child's camera. 📸
He was very satisfied with the conventional lines, the Limited Express Kuroshio, and the Limited Express Haruka. 😍
He also wanted to take pictures of the Shinkansen, so we went up to the Shinkansen platform early and captured many photos of the N700S, N700A, the Hello Kitty Shinkansen, and more.
One way or another, we were able to spend the waiting time happily thanks to my son's love for trains. 📸
First experience in a Green Car 🚄
My son and I were very curious about our first Green Car experience. lol
There were things not found in regular cars, such as footrests, mini-tables, and services like wet towel distribution and trash collection. 👀✨
The passengers also had a different atmosphere, with large foreign tourists and an older age group than usual.
I caught a glimpse of a world I didn't know, realizing that even the same Shinkansen can be different. 🔍
Having said that, after eating a light meal on the Shinkansen, I was almost fast asleep. 💤 The footrest was comfortable. ✨
Everything depends on how you perceive it
We arrived at my in-laws' house about 2 hours behind schedule. 🏠
Personally, I ended the first day with a sense of relief that it only took 2 hours. 😌
My son is already playing to his heart's content and enjoying his summer vacation. 🌻
My husband, who was tired from the travel and the stress, also seemed relaxed at his parents' house.
This event made me feel once again that the flow of Ki exists, and that it is important what you decide within that flow. 🤗 Because I made a decision, my mood shifted, and I was able to enjoy an experience I don't usually have. ✨
Also, from personal experience, there is a tendency to encounter vehicle trouble on days when your destination is in the direction of the Earth Star 8's Anken-satsu or the Earth Star 5.It was an event that made me feel that 'the flow of energy really does exist.'
