What would happen if we added this self-improvement concept to 'X'?

【Introduction to Strawberry Picking】
In strawberry picking, you can pick and eat as much as you like within a time limit.
It is truly a dream-like time.
Let's add this self-improvement concept to such a strawberry picking experience.
【The self-improvement concept to add is here】
✅【Social Rewards】
Actually, the brain has a property where, when a 'social reward' is obtained, a large amount of dopamine is secreted, causing a sense of pleasure and increasing motivation.
The human brain experiences pleasure when there is a social reward, just as it does with monetary rewards.
Social rewards refer to being praised or thanked by someone, such as being told 'You are wonderful!' or 'You helped me out, thanks to you!'
〜Omitted〜
The reason humans tend to value honor and fulfillment, sometimes acting without regard for monetary rewards, is because the brain possesses this property.
【This is likely what would happen】
“Is this the place...”
About an hour by car from the city center.
Holding a flyer in my right hand, I arrived in front of a seemingly ordinary greenhouse.
Today, my wife and I came to the rumored 'Strawberry Giving House' instead of strawberry picking.
The rules are simple.
① The time limit is 30 minutes.
② You must participate as a pair.
③ You cannot eat the strawberries you pick yourself; you must give them to your partner.
When I first saw it, I laughed and thought, 'What is this? (lol)'
However, voices on social media saying 'I felt happy after it was over' are appearing one after another.
That is why I came out of curiosity.
It started immediately.
At first, it felt strange.
Perhaps it is because I am used to picking as much as I want and eating it myself.
However, a change occurred while I was giving strawberries to my wife.
Yes.
I realized that every time I gave her a strawberry, I felt happy myself.
Partway through, my motivation shifted to 'I want to make my wife happy,' and I started gathering the most delicious-looking strawberries.
That thought became my focus.
And 30 minutes later, I felt very happy.
🅿️People feel more joy when giving to others than when receiving for themselves.
For example, donations and gifts are like that.
There is a saying like this.
Winston Churchill stated, 'We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give.'
Instead of only thinking about how to please yourself,
if you think, 'It is fun to make others happy. That is my own joy,' then you are truly unstoppable.
Because that joy builds your life and enriches it.
If you were to add social rewards to strawberry picking, this is likely what would happen.
