This Month's Period🩸Log
My period was so heavy this month that I had to change my pad twice between taking a bath in the evening and going to bed.
Since the blood gets all the way to the back of my bottom, I'm already prepared for tomorrow morning, but I'm doing my best to keep the sheets from getting dirty.
It feels good that it's flowing out so much because it means my body is renewing itself, and I'm happy that I'm not suffering from my period since I have almost no symptoms other than sleepiness. I don't have any pain, nor do I have that heavy feeling in my lower abdomen that's typical of periods, so I felt refreshed and even went to karaoke this morning to sing my heart out.
I kept singing after I got home, continuing the karaoke mood, and I didn't feel tired in my throat or body at all—I felt like I could keep singing forever.
Music is perfect for relieving stress and changing my mood, and it also deepens my breathing, which helps my body feel calm, making it perfect for a moment in my daily life.
Cooking was a hassle, so I finished dinner with some side dishes I bought for lunch and whatever ingredients I had on hand.
This month, although it was a little late, I spent so much time playing around with men while waiting for my period that I had almost no premenstrual blues or irritability at all.
This might have been the first time I've spent the 'period-waiting' period with such a bright state of mind.
I think this period made me realize how natural it is to desire men, and I'm once again impressed by how amazing the influence of sex is!
My body's voice saying 'I don't want to do anything' is correct.
After all, it's in the middle of using a lot of energy and being active inside my body in the form of a period.
I think it would be great if I could just sleep well tonight.
