[Part 2] Earn money with zero risk! The complete roadmap to earning 50,000 yen per month starting with "0-yen sourcing"
In the previous article, I explained
the appeal of doing "0-yen sourcing"
"0-yen sourcing" without spending any money on inventory.
I shared the benefits of it.
If you haven't checked it out yet,
please take a look below.
In this second half,
I will explain the complete roadmap to earning 50,000 yen per month
that even a housewife can achieve entirely from home with zero-yen sourcing.
Many of my students
have also achieved
50,000 yen per month starting from 0-yen sourcing,
so please look forward to hearing about it.

Let's get started right away.
100% Reproducibility!
Complete roadmap to earning 50,000 yen per month

1. Create a Makaseru account
2. Start trial requests
3. Request corporate projects
4. Perform "acquisition" sourcing
5. Keep listing items diligently
I will explain them one by one.
1. Create a Makaseru account
First, let's
create a Makaseru account.
Search for "Makaseru"
in the App Store and
download the app.

Tap on register with email address.

Enter your email address and password,
then tap on new member registration.

Enter the 6-digit verification code
sent to your address.

Check your mailbox.

Enter your nickname, name, kana, and other information.

Enter your phone number and
tap on "Register as a Makaseller".

If you enter the campaign code
"E49O9FX", you can get 1,000 yen.
Once you have entered
the campaign code, tap register.

Confirm the details and
tap on "Register".

With this,
you have successfully created your Makaseru account.
(2) Starting a Trial Request

Next is
starting a trial request.
A trial request means
you can actually receive
about 3 to 6 items from Makaseru to sell.
Before starting a trial request,
make sure to complete identity verification and credit card registration.
Tap on Identity Verification.

You can choose the document to submit
from a driver's license, health insurance card, or passport.

Upload photos of the
front and back.

Enter your occupation, gender, and date of birth, then
tap "Register."

Next,
we will register your credit card.

This is used for payment
when you pay the commission
after selling items on behalf of Makaseru.
Tap "Register Credit Card."

Enter your credit card number.

Also,
if you do not have a credit card,
you can use a debit card instead, so please make use of that.
Next,
tap "Start Trial Request."

Tap "Accept Trial Request."

By tapping Trial Request,
they will send you about 3 to 6
Makaseru items.
I'm sure you're curious
about what kind of items will arrive, so
I will introduce them with an example.

Person A: 5 records
Person B: Bath bomb, long-sleeve T-shirt, socks
Person C: CD, supporter, eco bag, effector
Items will arrive like this, so
it serves as practice for selling,
and you can increase the number of listings, which is important for increasing sales in the first place.
Furthermore,
if they sell, you can also receive a reward of about 30% of the sales profit.

It's great that
you can get a solid reward even though it's a trial.
(3) Requesting Corporate Projects
Once you have finished listing your trial products,
the next step is to proceed to "requesting corporate projects."
When requesting corporate projects,
you can receive and sell products actually handled by Makasell.
As for how to order these corporate projects,
you can apply via the banner on your Makasell My Page.
The ordering process is to
apply via the banner on your My Page,
and since there is a dedicated official LINE account,
please register through that.

There,
you will provide your name, email address, plan name, number of boxes, and whether it is for agency service or purchase.
At present,
Makasell has three plans.
Plan A, Plan B, and Plan C.

The products that can be handled in any plan are
mainly clothing and fashion-related items,
Plan C -> Plan A -> Plan Bin that order of increasing quality.
0-yen sourcing is only possible
with Plan A and Plan B.
Regarding compensation,
Plan A is 35% of sales profit
Plan B is 25 of sales profit
this is the compensation you will receive.
Let me introduce this with an example.

This is a product that was actually
received from Makasell and sold.
Let's calculate the compensation as 30% of the sales profit.
It sold for a retail price of 7,280 yen, but
calculating the profit gives us 6,332 yen in profit.
Multiply this by 30%,
and the resulting figure is your profit.
Receiving it for 0 yen and
making a profit of 1,899 yen isn't too bad, is it?
By the way, once you order a corporate project,
a box will arrive like this.

Let's take a look at what's inside...

Inside, not only clothes,
but also women's pumps and boots in boxes will arrive.
Pumps and boots are easy to sell, so that's great, isn't it?
However!!
A note of caution here is that
corporate projects have a "listing deadline".

After the product arrives,
there is a note that says,"Please list within 1 month."
If you order too many,
you won't be able to list them within the period,
and you will be charged for the purchase, so please be careful.

In everything, managing in a way that suits you without overdoing it is best.
4. Perform "purchase" sourcing
Once you get used to corporate projects,
next, we will move on to "purchasing."

At Makaseru,
you can not only "consign"
but also "purchase."
Plan A is 4,000 yen per box
(20-40 apparel items with an average unit price of 1,416 yen)
Plan B is 20,000 yen per box
(20-40 apparel items with an average unit price of 2,470 yen)
Plan C is 2,000 yen per box
(20-40 apparel items with an average unit price of 1,120 yen)
You might be confused because there are three types,
but we will mainly operate using only
Plan A and Plan B, which also allow for agency services.
Plan C does not allow for agency services and
contains many low-unit-price items, so there is little benefit in choosing it.
If you are going to place an order,
think of "Plan A as the only choice" at first.
Since purchasing costs money,
to minimize risk as much as possible,
try to collect data through agency services at first.

"Which is more profitable, agency or purchasing?"
You need to determine this.

Please take a look at this.

This is
sales data from one of my students.
Once you collect sales data like this,
you can calculate whether agency or purchasing
is more profitable.
If the top two data sets
had chosen purchasing,
they would have had a profit of 41,000 yen and 55,000 yen.
By choosing agency services for the bottom two data sets,
they avoided the 3,000 yen loss that would have occurred with purchasing.
Even when doing the exact same thing,
the amount changes this much
depending on whether you choose agency or purchasing.
In other words,
it is fine to choose agency services at first,
and then choose the more profitable option from your second order onwards.
At the beginning,
order Plan A, and once you get used to it...
You will move on to
the higher unit price products in Plan B.
The reason I recommend Plan B is
simply because it contains higher unit price products.

There were skirts over 10,000 yen,
tops over 20,000 yen,
and even Chanel tops over 30,000 yen.
If you sell these via agency services,
it depends on the selling price,
but you can earn a commission of about 2,400 to 7,500 yen.
The fact that this can be done for 0 yen is attractive, isn't it?
This is
the sales revenue when choosing Plan B purchasing.

Against a purchase price of 20,000 yen per box,
I am generating 50,000 yen in sales,
and sometimes even 70,000 yen in sales.
I've easily recovered the initial cost, haven't I?
Moreover,
the sell-through rate is about 30-40%,
which means
these are the sales from selling 30-40% of the box's contents.
In other words,
you can expect about double this amount in sales
when you sell everything.
The fact that you can recover your purchase cost
by selling just 30% is incredibly strong.
If you are worried about whether you will make a profit,
choose an agency and collect the data.
You can minimize your risk to the maximum
by choosing after verifying which is more profitable.
However, please be careful.
I once asked the president of Makaseru about this.

You never know when
this advantageous service might disappear.
Please take action now
while such an easy-to-earn service is available.
The people who always seize opportunities
are only those who act immediately.
5. Keep listing relentlessly
After that,
utilize your spare time
and keep increasing the number of listings as much as possible.

List -> Sell -> Ship -> Sales increase...
It's a repetition of this.
As the number of listings increases,
your earnings will add up like this.

Please note that it will
never be a straight upward slope.
Doesn't this curve
look familiar?
That's right.
It's the same as the human "growth curve".

This means
that effort and results are not necessarily proportional.
Even if the effort you put in initially feels unrewarding,
if you just keep going even when you don't see results at first,
you will eventually hit a breakthrough point
and achieve rapid growth.
Therefore,
it's not a clean upward slope, but a curve
that grows rapidly in the latter half.
We actually learned what's truly important
when we were little children!!
Returning to the topic,
why does it grow in a curve?
Well, that is because...

The more you increase your listings,
the more they appear on the Mercari timeline.
By increasing the number of times your items appear on the timeline,
the chances of your products being discovered increase.
As a result,
it becomes easier to sell.
Please take a look at this.

This is a list of "number of listings," "sales," and "profit."
As a characteristic,
people with a high number of listings
see growth in both sales and profits, but

conversely,
people with few listings
do not see growth in either sales or profits.

In other words,
the more you increase your number of listings,
the more your sales and profits will grow.
At first, even if you list about 10 items
and feel like they aren't selling,
once your listing count reaches around 100,
your past listings will gradually start to sell...
Before you know it, you've reached 50,000 yen in profit!!
Your ratings will accumulate, and your sales will "boost".

Effort piled up correctly will not betray you!
It's normal to have over 3 digits in "ratings" as well.

If your account has grown this much,
don't you think you'll succeed no matter what you source?
It is important to keep adding listings
until you have a breakthrough.
Rest assured.
Because it's 0-yen sourcing,
you can work with zero risk.
At first, compete with quantity
and let's aim for 50,000 yen per month!
Once you achieve 50,000 yen per month
from 0-yen sourcing,
you can then use this know-how
to aim forover 100,000 yen per monththrough domestic sourcing.

The above is
the complete roadmap to earning 50,000 yen per month.
Since it is a 100% reproducible roadmap
that you can aim for starting from 0 yen in capital,
if you don't have money for sourcing,
please start with 0-yen sourcing.
