[Whispering Memories of the Future] Little by little, I am able to rewrite my shadow
The 'human karma' and 'shadow' that Jung proved
Carl Jung, a giant of psychology.
He peered into the abyss of the human heart and
left behind many wonderful theories.
However,
in the private life of the man who proposed them,
there were, contrary to his intellect,
very human struggles and contradictions,
and things that hurt those close to him,
his 'karma' and 'shadow'.
The light of neuroscience that severs the 'self of the past'
Regarding the
'shadow' and 'karma'that Jung faced throughout his life,
modern neuroscience
presents a hopeful solution.
It is Dr. Joe Dispenza's method.
The doctor explains that the personality and worries we feel,
and even our'shadow',are nothing more than
'habits of neural circuitry'etched into the brain.
Jung's perspective: The shadow is a fate one must live with for life. Dispenza's perspective: The shadow is a rewritable program.
The spell that says, 'You must remain the person you were in the past'has been unraveled by the latest science, and
we have finally reached an era where we can use that ladder to
graduate from our old selves.
Little by little, I am able to rewrite my shadow
Whispering memories of the future to rewrite the brain
The theme I hold dear is,
"Severing the past that is 'me' and living the memories of the future".
And the concrete action for that is
"whispering memories of the future".
The brain has the property ofbeing unable to distinguish between 'reality' and 'vivid imagination'.
Put the future that has not yet happened into words (whisper them) with emotion,
as if it were"a memory already experienced".
By doing so, the brain's wiring is overwrittenfrom the 'past' to the 'future'
.
