[Call for Submissions] Likes, memories, and preferences. What's packed in #MyBag. (Submission period: 3/1/2024–5/15/2024)

I feel like spring is coming early this year.

With the fluctuating temperatures, there are still cold days, but I've started to feel like taking off my thick coat. The early-blooming cherry blossoms are in full bloom, and the urge to go out is growing.

Perfect for that mood, the baby picture book "Panpan Kaban" (Bulging Bag), which will make you want to go out with your family, will be released by Enbooks in April.

The first "my bag" you ever have. What will you put in it?

Keep putting in your favorite things, and it gets fuller and fuller...!

A small pocket that grows biscuits seems like magic, but a bag you can fill with your favorite things and take with you is also like a dream. When I was little, maybe it felt a bit special just because it was "mine."

Even as adults, "bags" are fascinating things.
Just like there are projects where people show what's inside their bags, it's fun to see what someone carries, as it seems to reflect their personality. It's a portable personal room.
It's not just about function; I also want to be stylish and match my outfit. A casual, high-capacity tote bag. A small bag for a dressy look. Worn-in leather, sparkling with jewels, or longing for a high-end brand.

Bags seem to hold all sorts of likes, preferences, and memories.

Thinking about that, I decided to start this project!

The theme is #MyBag

You can write about the bag itself or what's inside it.
Like the picture book "Panpan Kaban," memories of bags from when you were little or your child's bag are also welcome.

There are likely essentials for certain situations, like this one for mountain climbing, or this one for weddings or kimonos. School bags seem to hold memories, and I'd love to hear about your preferences or recommendations for commuting bags!

And while we often ask for episodes, this time we also welcome illustrations and novels on this theme. Please feel free to participate!
