Will they take the lead?
Hello. Good evening.
I'm Hasegawa, who loves driving so much that
I could drive a real car all day long.
Let's get started!
"Next Generation"
Vol. 15 Competitive Strategy Learned from Mario Kart
I will be sharing my output on this!
This is a newsletter that you can enjoy learning from,
whether with family or friends.
Please take something away from this
and put it to use.

This time, it was a story connected to business
from "Mario Kart," which was ranked 2nd
in the game rankings chosen by your replies.
I think I played it a little bit myself, but
I didn't understand the items at all,
so I didn't get hooked on it.
But when it opened at USJ, I wanted to go, but
I haven't been able to go after all 💦
Unlike regular racing games, in Mario Kart,
by using items,
it seems you can suddenly go from last place to first.
For those of you who, like me,
don't know much about Mario Kart, to explain simply,
strategically, there are:
1. Running away with a massive lead in 1st place.
2. Keeping 2nd place without falling too far behind 1st, then passing them at the end.
3. Aiming for good items in the lower ranks and using shortcuts to pass everyone at once.
In Mario Kart, it seems being in 1st place is overwhelmingly disadvantageous.
You don't get good items, and
there is a blue shell that always hits the person in 1st place,
so it seems you get caught up immediately.
In business as well,
people in 1st place are often criticized,
and among YouTubers,
there are some who get quite depressed and retire.
But, when you become so overwhelmingly ahead that no one can catch you,
they can't win at all,
so they give up and can't attack you,
and instead, they start attacking
the person in 2nd place.
However, the higher up you go,
the more some people fear failure
and stop taking on challenges.
Mr. Nitta is an overwhelmingly 1st-place person,
but he is still someone who continues to take on challenges.
Also, even with a slightly shifted strategy
that others don't imitate,
it is also an option to make it a bit niche
so that others don't easily copy it.
That is what I am teaching in this newsletter.
Mr. Nitta's foundation is in business education, but
he invites various instructors
for things like hypnotherapy, ancient martial arts,
ancient Shinto, history, and more...
Now he's an "Alchemist" too (laughs).
But ultimately, his style is to convey a "Grand Theory."
It's hard to imitate, isn't it?
No wonder he's running away with the lead.
Rare items are popping up one after another (laughs).
However, while not exactly the same,
so that you can imitate it,
in this Next Gen Newsletter as well,
Mr. Nitta teaches in various courses
how to build a business that integrates
different worlds.
For yourself as well,
will you choose such a mainstream yet slightly niche path?
What style suits you best?
Please try to find it.
Thank you for reading again tonight.
I will be taking a break from these output articles for a while to focus on my studies.
I might be back soon,
or I might be away for a while,
but when I return,
I would be happy if you would read them again.
Thank you very much.
