AI TASK BOARD - What was I doing and how far did I get?

I have too many things I want to do, and I kept forgetting what I was doing and where, so I created a task room. Feel free to use it. Data is stored only within your own browser.

I created a ledger to see at a glance the work scattered across different AIs.

When using multiple AIs, there is always one thing that falls through the cracks: 'Where, what, and how far did I get?'

I write articles in Claude, process receipts in Gemini, and try things out in ADK. Even though each one is progressing, the overall picture in my head eventually fades. What I forget isn't the content of the work, but rather where I was supposed to pick up next.

So, I made a ledger where I can see it all at once. You can use it just by opening the URL. I've also made it so you can share it.

What you can do

• Organize tasks by AI. You can see at a glance 'what I was doing in Gemini'

• Filter by status (In Progress, Waiting, On Hold, Completed). Tasks on hold won't get buried

• Write a single line for the 'Next Step' for each task. A field to ensure you don't get lost the moment you return

• One-tap links to frequently used AI and cloud services (you can add or delete them yourself)

• Total monthly/annual cost of services you are subscribed to (supports mixed Yen and Dollars)

• Automatically capture the page name, URL, and which AI you are using by pressing a button while the AI chat is open (Bookmarklet)

How to use

1. Open the published URL

2. Use 'Add' to enter work you are currently progressing on in any AI

3. When you return, check the 'Next Step' and resume from there

To use the one-click capture, open 'Capture without typing' at the bottom of the page, drag the button to your browser's bookmark bar to register it. After that, just press it while on the AI chat.

Notes (Please read before using)

• Data is saved only within your browser. It is never sent to a server. Therefore, it will not be seen by others, but at the same time, it will not be shared across different devices or browsers.

• Saved content will be deleted if you change devices or clear your browser history/site data. If it is important, please save it as a JSON file using 'Export Backup' at the bottom of the screen. You can transfer it to another device using 'Import' with that file.

• The import feature (bookmarklet) can only capture the page name, URL, and which AI was used. It does not read the actual content of the chat. Due to how browsers work, that is impossible for anyone to implement. It is designed with the assumption that you will add a brief note yourself about how far you have progressed.

• The exchange rate for billing amounts must be entered manually. If you want to calculate the exact total, please re-enter the latest rate yourself.

• The import feature works correctly when opened via a URL. Some features will not work if you open the file directly.

• Please use this with a modern browser (such as Chrome, Edge, or Safari).

• This is a modest tool intended for personal use. Please use it at your own discretion.

Feel free to try it out if you feel like it. If it doesn't suit you, please delete it. No data will remain anywhere.
