Habits to Improve Your Mental State: Let's Use Positive Words!
Words are directly linked to your mental state.
I have explained this before, but today I will go a little
deeper into the reasons why.
I hope today's content resonates with you,
makes you feel like actively using positive words,
and leads to a positive mental state accordingly.
We humans live our lives being influenced
by many things, including the words we use.
Hello, this is Matsuyuki.
Thank you for visiting my blog!
I share things I have noticed in my daily life.
Also, I started a membership program on July 1st!
I will be putting the blog posts I have written so far behind a paywall.
In return, for all members,
I will make them available for unlimited reading, so you can
view them anytime, anywhere!
Today's topic is: Habits to Improve Your Mental State: Let's Use Positive Words!
Our bodies are made of water!
As you know, most of our bodies
are made of water.
To tell you how much water there is,
it is said that 70% is water.
This water content is
very similar to the water content on the Earth's surface.
71% of the Earth's surface is covered by oceans.
The remaining slightly less than 30% is land.
I often hear that our bodies themselves
are like small universes,
and the water content is almost the same for humans and the Earth, isn't it?
Our bodies are 70% water.
This means that we could say
we are alive because of the work of water.
Every day, we consume about 2.0 to 2.5 liters of water
directly or through food.
And we excrete about the same amount of water
from our bodies through urine, sweat, and breathing.
We are circulating water within our bodies.
Water reacts to words!
Actually, Dr. Masaru Emoto discovered that water reacts to words,
and he left behind many books.
Although the doctor has already
passed away,
those books are still selling today.
They have become bestsellers with millions of copies sold worldwide,
and have been translated into over 30 languages.
When you speak positive words,
water has the property of reacting to those words
and forming beautiful crystals.
On the other hand, when you speak negative words,
water cannot form crystals,
and it ends up in a limp, shapeless state.

Don't you think that's amazing?
What is amazing is that this same phenomenon
is happening inside our bodies!
When you say 'Thank you',
the water inside our bodies
forms gentle crystals.
However, the moment you say 'You fool',
the water fails to crystallize and falls apart...
Using positive words gives you strength!
When you use positive words,
70% of the water in our bodies
forms crystals that resemble the words used,
and supports us.
Because of this, we receive strength,
gain courage, and our minds become balanced and stable.
On the other hand, like the photo labeled 'idiot',
if you use negative words,
the water cannot exert its power.
It cannot support us.
The fact that using positive words
leads to a better life
can now be explained
by such scientific evidence.
That is why it is important to 'praise yourself,'
and it is also important to ask yourself
good questions.
If you say, 'I'm no good. I'm stupid, ugly, or a fool,'
it is the same as voluntarily abandoning
the power of water.
By all means, let's not only make our words toward others
positive, but also start using
good words toward ourselves as well!
It's okay!
Everyone is rooting for you!
You are not alone!
Courage, confidence, motivation, seriousness, and energy for the world!
I hope this blog serves as a realization for everyone,
and contributes even a little to your driving force for action and a rich life.
Thank you for reading until the end!
