Standing Under a Waterfall
I went for waterfall meditation. It wasn't part of a tour or anything; I just went to a waterfall, took off my clothes, and stood under it.
I am a fan of waterfalls.
I love them. I can stare at them for hours and even sleep in front of one.
Waterfalls are not just for looking at.
They are for getting close to the basin and interacting with.
Depending on the condition of the basin, they are for standing under.
If the basin forms a beautiful pool, they are for swimming in.

This one has a 60-meter drop and is said to be one of the three great waterfalls of Tanzawa.
One of the other two is the Hayato Otaki, which is among the 100 Best Waterfalls in Japan. It's in a very remote area, so it was tough to get to, but it was amazing (°▽°)
The last one is even more remote and apparently not that impressive (lol). I might not go...
This time, I climbed a mountain called Azegamaru and went into the waterfall on the way down.
Washing away both sweat and worldly desires is the best!
I'm climbing the Southern Alps next week, so this was like a warm-up exercise.
While washing away my worldly desires, I look like I'm chanting something, right? If you're wondering what I was saying...
“Let me win the lottery! Let me win the lottery! Let me win the toto BIG too! Actually, let me win both! Let me win as many times as there are stars in the sky!”
And so, that is where my worldly desires were born (о´∀`о)
