Hello everyone~(。・ω・。)ノ💓✨

*Pollo AIPR article✨

This video is one where I have trained myself
and grown significantly(o´・ω-)b🌸

I hope you enjoy this MV with a different
way of moving than before(`・ω・´)ゞ✨

And this time, I will alsoshare the prompts🥰

MiniMax H3 I tried "morphing" | Instead of leaving the movement to the AI, I design the behavior

The title of the video I created this time is "No Meaning"

As the name suggests, I intentionally didn't give this work any clear meaning.
Instead of trying to understand something or follow a story,

I want you to clear your head and just enjoy the video itself as shapes and colors change one after another.

That was the feeling I had while creating it.

What I mainly tested this time was
MiniMax H3 using morphing expressions(,,•ω•,,)و✨
It really was an amazing model!
I can see why it's the talk of the town(๑º﹃º๑)drool🌸

However, I wasn't able to get it right from the start💦
I trained it so much!!!😂

If anything,

💭"It's kind of slow..."
💭"Not enough movement..."
💭"Can this even be called morphing...?"

It was a series of trial and error( ̄▽ ̄;)💦

As I generated more and more,
I gradually started to see how to give instructions to H3👀✨

This time, I'll introduce not just the finished work, but also!
what I learned from actually testing it and the points where I failed(=゚ω゚)ノ💻✨

First, please take a look at this MV, which has a different style of expression than before✨
It's a short MV about a minute long🎥

Enjoy the dark and stylish vibe!
Don't think about anything! Just watch it with a blank mind(*´Д`)💓

"No Meaning"

You don't need to look for meaning.
Just watch and feel it.

With your own sensibility...

This time as well, I used "Image-to-Video" to generate it(`・ω・´)ゞ✨🌸

First of all, what is "morphing"?

There's no need to overthink it∑d(d´∀`*)good✨‼‼

Simply put,

an expression where one shape changes into another without interruption

In this production, for example, I tried these kinds of transitions📝

Flower → melts → becomes liquid → mixes with other liquids

Chain → thin line → vine → becomes fabric

Scattered paper → gathers → joins → folds into a heart

I've created many movements like what was A changes its motion and transforms into B
(`・ω・´)✨

What was important here is that it's not
A disappears and B appears.

If a liquid suddenly appeared after a flower disappeared,
that would be closer to a scene cut.

Instead, the petals themselves soften and crumble,
and that substance turns into liquid.
By showing this in-between state, it becomes a video that feels like true morphing (*>ω<)b✨💗

At first, I only thought about "making it move"

In the first video I made,

🎥 "Spinning around"
🎥 "Dripping liquid"
🎥 "Stretching and shrinking haze"

I focused on instructions like these ( ̄▽ ̄;)💦

Of course, it does move.
But when I look at the finished product,
it's just repeating the same movement in the same place (´;ω;`)
Plus, the movement is lacking and slow...

This certainly moves, but it was a little different from the
"video where shapes change one after another"that I wanted to create.

So, I changed my way of thinking ( ; -ω-)a゙...

Designing "behavior" instead of "movement"

This was the biggest discovery in this production!

I watched tons of videos by skilled creators on X to see if there were any hints written... (。-ω-)……Aha! Σ(,,ºΔº,,*)💡

Partway through, I started

"behavioral design"

as the approach for creating my prompts.

For example,

Please melt the flower.

Don't just end it there.

The outline of the petals gradually crumbles and begins to melt softly. The melted petals turn into liquid and flow downward, mixing with the liquid melted from the neighboring flower.

Do it like that.
I always use natural context prompts✨

In other words,

1. What moves? -> 2. How does it change? -> 3. What does the changed object do next?

Connect it all the way through!

The point is behavioral design (o´・ω-)b💡
Just this alone has significantly changed how I think about video🌸

It's easier to understand if you think in terms of "A→B→C"

If you're a beginner, I recommend starting with this mindset.

For example, if it's a chain, don't just move the chain,

Chain crawls on the floor

Metal ring stretches

Becomes a single black line

Black line becomes a vine

Vine spreads thinly

Becomes black fabric

Think of it like this(-□д□-)✨

I'm going to animate this illustration🎥

(Nostalgic to see past illustrations‼‼( *´艸`)💓✨)

Here is the prompt for this video👇

For 8 seconds, accurately maintain the 2D illustration style of the original image. Keep the vivid red background, deep black dress, painterly texture, dramatic silhouette, legs and black shoes, metal chains, reflective floor, and dark, surreal atmosphere exactly as they are. Do not change the composition or character proportions of the original image, and keep the camera completely fixed. Start moving immediately from the first frame. All movements should be fast, smooth, and fluidly continuous. Do not wait for one change to finish completely; start the next change while the previous one is still in progress. Naturally layer multiple morphs, maintaining a state where something is almost always changing for 8 seconds. Avoid slow motion, long pauses, or simple repetitive movements. The chains on the floor start sliding quickly across the reflective surface. The chains do not simply sway left and right, but crawl forward like living lines, rewind backward, suddenly change direction, and draw irregular trajectories while slipping between each other. While the chains are moving, the metal rings themselves begin to gradually stretch and lose their rigid shape. While some chains are still moving in their original form, deformation begins in other chains. Chain rings → thin black lines → organic black vines → flowing black fabric, morphing continuously without interruption. The thin, stretched black lines curve smoothly and crawl up around the legs. In the process, the lines change into soft organic vines, spiraling upward without changing the shape of the legs themselves. As the vines rise further, they spread out flat, change into thin black fabric, and melt into the existing black dress. Do not suddenly make new objects appear from empty space. All new shapes are born from the deformation of the material that existed just before. At the same time, changes begin in the black dress. Part of the dress hem stretches thinly downward, becoming a strip of black fabric. As the fabric falls, it gradually becomes thinner and harder, segmenting into multiple rings before reaching the floor, and changing back into chains. As soon as the newly born chains touch the floor, they start sliding, bending, and begin another morph. Dress → fabric → chain → black line → vine → dress. Perform this cycle simultaneously at multiple locations on the screen at different timings. While the surrounding chains continue to move, changes begin in the black parts restraining the ankles. The rigid restraints loosen smoothly, unraveling into thin strips, and move away from the ankles. The unraveled strips quickly spiral upward around the legs like flowing ribbons. As they rise, they become thinner, merge with the black vines crawling around, and are absorbed into the moving dress. The ankles are naturally released by changing the original material into another form, rather than having the restraints suddenly disappear. As the restraints unravel, the movement of the chains crawling on the floor accelerates further. Multiple chains run at high speed in different directions, moving forward, reversing, overshooting slightly, and then changing direction again, drawing irregular and unpredictable trajectories. Some chains lift slightly off the floor, and in the process, the rings stretch, become black lines, and flow toward the dress. The floor reflection should also constantly react to the changes happening above. All moving chains, vines, and fabric are reflected on the floor. However, as time progresses, create a slight time lag between the real movement and the reflection. For example, even if the real chain reverses direction first, the chain in the reflection continues to move forward for a moment before reversing with a delay. In the final 3 seconds, further accelerate the entire morphing process and increase the density of changes. Chains turn into lines while sliding at high speed. Lines become vines while curving. Vines spread into fabric while crawling up the legs. New fabric stretches from the dress. That fabric becomes chains again before reaching the floor. The born chains immediately slide on the floor and start the next change. Proceed with multiple changes simultaneously, keeping the cycle of matter: chain → line → vine → fabric → chain, uninterrupted. Immediately after that, the chains remaining on the floor suddenly change direction. They slide toward the woman's legs from multiple directions at high speed, closing in as if to restrain the ankles again. However, just before reaching the ankles, the moving chains themselves begin to deform. The metal rings flatten, separate, and change into black petal-like fragments or thin pieces of fabric. Maintaining that momentum, the fragments spiral upward around the legs at high speed. The risen fragments stretch thinly and merge into the black dress. Due to the recoil of the large amount of material flowing in, the dress momentarily expands significantly and sways like a wave. Afterward, it smoothly returns to its original elegant silhouette. Finally, almost stop the movement of the legs and chains on the real side. However, only the "reflection" on the floor does not stop. Even after the chains and fabric in the real world have come to a standstill, only the black chains existing in the reflection continue to crawl, wrap around, and move slowly around the reflected ankles. Make it look as if the restraint remains only under the floor. End the video with the chains in the reflection still moving. Throughout the 8 seconds, make all movements fast, smooth, irregular, and fluid. Use the material created by one change as the material for the next morph. Instead of showing individual effects in sequence, make it a video where multiple changes are constantly overlapping and chaining. Maintain the 2D painterly illustration style of the original image until the end. Do not make it photorealistic. Do not make the skin look live-action. Do not change the metal to an overly realistic texture. Do not make it 3D. Do not suddenly make new objects appear from nowhere. Do not deform the human body. Do not increase the number of legs. Do not switch scenes. Do not move the camera. Do not change the art style midway.

※I always create prompts with a focus on fixing the art style, natural context, morphing, and behavior design.

Here is the finished result👇

Rather than instructing a single action,
it's more about deciding the "destination of the matter."

This was actually quite interesting this time!!

MiniMax H3 features

What I particularly felt while using MiniMax H3 is that it
animates while grasping the structure of the original illustration and the relationships between the objects depicted.

It doesn't just look at the people, but
recognizes each element that makes up the screen, such as hair, clothes, flowers, chains, liquids, plants, and the background,
and reflects the instructed movements✨💗

Even with complex illustrations like this one,

"This is a chain," "This is a dress," "This is a reflection on the floor"

I was impressed that after separating the elements to some extent like that,
I could instruct behaviors and morphing using their respective positional relationships
Σ(゚艸゚*)Amazing!!🌸

Furthermore, it is highly compatible with instructions to continuously change one object into another shape,
so it's not just about moving the illustration, but

the feeling of using the things within a single image as materials to move them
!

In this "No Meaning" project, I have utilized this feature quite a bit✨

5 seconds, 8 seconds, 10 seconds, which one is better?

In this production, I also changed the duration according to the content.

This one is 6 seconds.

Short duration for just short, strong changes.
A bit longer if you want to change multiple substances continuously.

And, after trying it several times, personally, I felt that
"around 8 seconds is easier to handle" for complex morphing
(๑•̀᎑<๑)و✨💗

If it's too short, it can't finish the change (;´・ω・)

Conversely, if it's too long, it might start repeating the same movements halfway through💦

Of course, it depends on the content, but
it's interesting to think about how many seconds the video should be as part of the morphing design
( *´艸`)💓✨

*Even in the current official MiniMax API documentation, the supported duration for video generation varies depending on the model and resolution. Please check the specifications of the service or model you are using each time.

Pollo AI has Resolution: 768P / 2K options, and
this time, I am using 768P (`・ω・´)ゞ✨

I used CapCut for editing, and
I also used reverse playback and other techniques to make the video editing even better 💓

MiniMax H3My thoughts after using

After trying various things this time, the biggest thing I felt was,

AI video prompts become instantly more interesting when you think about not just 'what to show' but 'how to make it move'

At first, I just watched videos by skilled creators and
thought 'I want to try that!' and took the plunge! ✨

'I want to make flowers move'
'I want to turn it into liquid'
'I want to multiply them'

It started just by following my intuition ヾ(o´∀`o)ノ🌸✨

But as I kept experimenting,

💭 How does it melt?
💭 Where does the melted stuff go?
💭 What does it become next?
💭 How does the environment react while that change is happening?
💭 Does everything move at once? Or is there a time lag?

I started to think about things like that too!

When you do that, rather than just writing prompts, it starts to feel like
'designing the behavior' of the substances existing within the footage
!

This was the most fun part this time ( *´艸`)💓✨

Once more, into the pleasure of visuals ✨💗

And so, the work I completed this time is,

'No Meaning'

The title literally means 'no meaning'.
But that doesn't mean I wasn't thinking about anything.

During production, I was actually

What kind of transformation would be interesting?
How can I connect them to make it feel good?
How can I make the next moment unpredictable?

I was thinking about these things intensely ( -᷄ω-᷅ ).。oஇ

You don't have to look for a story.
You don't have to analyze the meaning.
You don't have to look for the right answer.

Clear your mind and enjoy the way colors, shapes, and movements change one after another.

This video is just that.

Next time you make an AI video, instead of just saying "make this move,"
take it one step further...

"After it moves, what does it become?"Try thinking about that too!

From there, you might create footage you never even imagined✨
