A Must-Read for HSPs! | 7 Types of People You Should Keep at a Distance
Hello everyone🌻!
Thank you so much for always coming to read my articles
I truly appreciate it😌💓
To those visiting for the first time,
I look forward to connecting with you too🙏🏼✨!!
Posting is certainly important, but
lately I've been wanting to read everyone's articles,
so I've been reading a ton of them😆🫧
While reading, I thought,
humans really are complicated creatures.
And since I've encountered a frenemy myself,
I wanted to share this with you all, so I wrote this article✨
For more on frenemies, please check this out👇💗
Today is about“human relationships”✍🏼💡
What you can do to protect your heart
A gift for HSPs who get exhausted by human relationships🎁!!
“Why do I always worry too much about others?”
Whether it's relationships at work or friends you always hang out with,
have you ever felt that way?🙏🏼🫧
HSPs who always experience life through their five senses🌸
are very sensitive, so when there's too much stimulation or
too many things to think about, you end up... completely exhausted😫💫
Choosing who you associate with is,
not “selfish”! It's an act of “protecting yourself”!
I want you to keep that mindset in mind💓💡
I think the distance you keep from others is very important👯♀️
By maintaining a good distance, you can have good relationships,
and since you can build them within a range that isn't overwhelming,
I think you'll find yourself getting exhausted less often😌💖
I've had experiences like this too...
At work, there are people you see every day.
As you work together, you gradually open up your heart.
Then, complaints and dissatisfaction are bound to come up at the office🌀
Days spent listening to grumbling and bad-mouthing💨
I ended up being brainwashed and started bad-mouthing people myself...
Because the other person had opened up so much, they became increasingly disrespectful
and started breaking promises without a second thought.
I'd be exhausted after work, and sometimes I couldn't even move when I got home💦
I felt a sense of discomfort and unease😣💫
Because of that, the feeling of
“I can't go on like this!”sprouted, and I decided to distance myself💪🏼
Apparently, the other person found that unpleasant.
I was targeted, and it became a difficult environment to work in...
During work, I am constantly on edge.
The stress builds up, and gradually my autonomic nervous system gets disrupted,
leading to tears coming out on their own, being unable to sleep,
and frequent waking up in the middle of the night 😣
I have regretted it many times, thinking that if I had just assessed them properly
and thought about how to interact with them, this wouldn't have happened 😢💦
Human relationships can even influence your life.
The courage to "keep your distance" is sometimes necessary 🌻
7 Types of People HSPs Should Keep at a Distance
1. People who break promises without a second thought
HSPs are the type who value sincerity.
"Do they not care about me at all...?"A relationship that makes you feel anxious like this
is a sign that you shouldn't keep it going for long 💡
People who cannot keep small promises only see you
to that extent.
Do not cherish them. You cannot build a relationship of trust.
2. People who act based on self-interest
This is the type that takes advantage of your kindness.
For HSPs who find it hard to say no when asked,
this type isespecially dangerous🌀
The truly kind are the most easily exploited.
When you feel like you "want to help," that is exactly when you need the courage to take a step back 💪🏼
3. People who constantly badmouth others or complain
HSPs have a temperament that easily empathizes with and takes on others' emotions.
Because of this, just listening to others' badmouthing
drains your energy💦
Rather than the kindness of listening to complaints,
choose to keep a distance to protect yourself.
It is said that the people around you are a mirror reflecting yourself.
It's the "Law of the Mirror."
Let's take a moment to re-examine things 😌💓
4. People whose words and actions do not match
People who say "Let's go eat sometime" or "I'm rooting for you"
but never take action.
HSPs sensitively pick up on the discrepancy with true intentions, so
you unconsciously feel stress from the other person's contradictions 😣🌀
Looking at actions rather than wordsis the trick to protecting yourself 💓
5. People who always blame others
People who shift responsibility by saying, "It's not my fault!" or "It's because of that person..."
HSPs often try so hard to understand the other person's feelings that they sometimes end up taking the blame for no reason💦
However,
that is not your fault.People who refuse to admit their own faults and blame others also stop their own growth.
People who only blame others will eventually find themselves with no one around them😢
6. People who try to one-up or compare you
People who compete with you by saying, "I'm working harder than that" or "That's just normal"😫🌀
HSPs are
very sensitive to criticismand can be deeply hurt by even the smallest remark.Keep only those who make you feel safe by your side🙏🏼💓
Being with positive people who think, "People are people, and I am me"
will make your heart and mind feel brighter and lighter, won't it!✨
7. People who cross your boundaries
People who contact you frequently or take your time as if it were their right👿
HSPs tend to endure things because they "don't want to hurt the other person."
But,
protecting your own space is a form of self-love.💖
☝🏼Checklist and Improvement Points💡
✅ Feeling exhausted after meeting someone
✅ Going along with others without being able to say what you really think
✅ Feeling stressed by LINE notifications
✅ Always worrying about the other person's mood
✅ Often thinking, "Is it my fault?"
If even one of these applies to you, it's a sign to keep some distance🔔
What's important for HSPs is not"cutting off the relationship,"
but creating emotional distance🙏🏼💓
For example,👇
・Don't reply immediately
・Reduce the frequency of meetings
・Decline unreasonable invitations
Such small steps are enough🌱💖

Summary
An HSP's kindness is a precious treasure to yourself✨
But if you try too hard for someone else's sake, you will wear yourself out😢🌀
That is why you should tell your heart this🙏🏼💓
"It's okay, you don't have to push yourself anymore."
"I'm not distancing myself because I dislike someone, but to protect myself."
Organizing your human relationships is like training to cherish yourself🌱
The more you keep a moderate distance, the more light will return to your heart.💖
Your sensitivity is not a weakness, but a power to feel things deeply.
That is precisely why you must protect your own peace of mind.
Starting today, let's choose relationships that make us feel secure, little by little.😌💓
And, as a bare minimum, if someone cannot say "thank you," please distance yourself from them immediately.😣💫
Thank you so much for reading until the end.💗
