Struggling with her relationship with her boyfriend, Mr. "Rockman (Iwao)," she spent her nights searching for terms like "boyfriend busy," "boyfriend won't meet," and "no contact, is he really my boyfriend?" and was drowning in the sea of the internet when she happened to be saved by the blog of psychological counselor and author Hiroyuki Nemoto, who would later become her mentor. However, she was shocked to realize there that she was a quintessential "self-reliant martial arts girl". While reading through Mr. Nemoto's blog and
books to deepen her learning, she realized that even though she should have been living a sufficiently happy life, she had felt a vague sense of "difficulty in living" all along. To resolve thoughts like "I really want to live without trying so hard..." and "Why am I in so much pain?", she studied counseling under Mr. Nemoto as a disciple (2nd generation). Through meeting
wonderful fellow disciples and encountering her true self, she aspired to become a counselor due to the depth of the world of the heart and her endless interest in human beings.
Recently, she has become obsessed with "card reading" and is practicing it little by little so she can use it in counseling. At the same time, she is currently plotting to finally let go of years of patience and self-sacrifice and choose a truly authentic life for herself.
In October 2021, she passed the 4th
Certified Public Psychologist exam. Starting in April 2022, she began Kagura (
Sagami Sato Kagura), spending her days honing her intuition and expressive power. In March 2025, she retired from her job as a high school teacher, which she had held for nine years, and became independent as a psychological counselor/Kagura performer. She is working hard every day in a new world! <

【My thoughts as a psychological counselor】

I believe that everyone has their own unique strengths, charms, and talents.It may be meddlesome, but I want to help draw out the charms that people themselves may not even notice, and help them gain confidence in their own existence. I also want to create a 'place' where each individual can demonstrate their talents and live vibrantly. By doing so, I hope to be a psychological counselor who can connect people's happiness.
Everyone lives while carrying their own unique 'worries' or 'difficulties in living' that are hard for others to understand. But, in fact, that very thing might be your individuality and your talent. Just by realizing that, your world will surely look more vivid starting tomorrow than it ever has before.

There is an old word called 'Mahoroba'. It means 'a wonderful place, a comfortable place to live'. If what our hearts perceive is the entirety of the world surrounding us, then if you can acquire the power to organize the state of your heart, I believe that anyone, no matter how painful the situation, can definitely create a 'Mahoroba' in the world where they can live happily as themselves. And, I would be happy if I could support people who are in such suffering to skillfully create a 'Mahoroba' for themselves, while also becoming a 'Mahoroba' for them myself.

I have been able to live happily until today thanks to many people and grateful encounters. That is precisely why I have a desire to be a person who can give back the many happy feelings I have received so far to people and the world.
Well, having said that, I am still an immature person who is always lost, easily depressed, and living while worrying every day, and I am still in the process of growing. Haha

But, I am sure that I can become even happier myself, and I believe that I can make the people I meet happy.
