Is my answer already decided the moment I start worrying?
I feel like I am always worrying about something.
What should I do about this?
How can I get that?
When I think about the essence of worry...
I don't worry about things I cannot do.
I used to think that worry is born when you have to make a decision.
But I don't worry about making decisions when I know I can do something.
Conversely, I don't worry about things that are clearly impossible either.
I worry about things where the possibility of realization is uncertain.
What is the probability of things with uncertain possibilities?
I probably feel the same way about anything from 1% to 99%.
Within me, I am always worrying about anything other than what I can decide unconsciously.
Out of all the choices, how much do I actually decide consciously in a day?
The time spent worrying
For me, the time spent worrying is not about being lost.
I am proving the answer I want so that I can convince myself.
My thinking always starts from a place where my answer is already decided.
Even if I reach an answer easily,
if I cannot convince myself, I will keep looking for reasons to prove that answer.
Otherwise, I wouldn't be able to explain to the people around me why I made that decision.
When giving advice on someone else's worries
Even if I use the answer I found through my own experience as a starting point,
I never push my own answer onto them.
Because the conditions for everyone's worries are different.
Even if the environment surrounding me and the other person's environment are similar, they are never exactly the same.
Therefore, the answer I set is not the other person's answer.
Because by the time you consult someone, your own answer is already decided.
I don't think you would worry otherwise.
The moment you can worry, you have already acquired the strength to live on your own.
You just want confirmation for your own answer.
You consult someone because you want to further increase your confidence in living.
I want to train my strength to live by worrying.
Because deciding for yourself is necessary to become independent.
It is okay to keep worrying.
I will help you get closer to your answer.
The way of thinking I want to pass on to my child.
Because I want them to be independent.
I also want to continue to be independent myself.
