Participating in the Shun-hai Tanka 🌊 noter Children's Club
My daughter, Ku-chan, is visiting home this weekend.
This is my chance!
After all, she's a genius whose daily conversation comes out in 5-7-5 syllables (a bit of an exaggeration 💦).
I can do it now!
I think I can join the noter Children's Club 😊
What is the noter Children's Club?
I'll borrow Noriko Tonomura's words exactly.
Simply put, it's this!
Everyone❣️
With your children,
With your family,
Let's write haiku~~!
Let's do it~~.
Won't you join us??
Why not compose haiku, tanka, or senryu with your children or family and participate in the "Everyone's Haiku Tournament: Shun-hai" to create memories of participating as a family or to record your child's growth?
【Activity Details】
1. Enjoy composing haiku, senryu, and tanka.
2. Please choose a pen name; in the world of haiku, this is called a 'haigo,' and you are free to use any name you like.
3. Let's participate in the "Everyone's Haiku Tournament: Shun-hai."
If your father, mother, or family says it's okay, I think it's also good to go and see the works of other members of the Children's Club; let's look at the good points and cool aspects of each other's work.
【Activities for Guardians of Members】
1. Please create and post articles on behalf of the members. ✨ In that case, please state the relationship, such as parent and child, and the author's pen name.
2. Please add the hashtag "#noterChildrensClub." (It would also be helpful if you could link to this article 🙏)
We are looking for new members!
You can join immediately. You can participate in the Shun-hai right away.
When participating, please be sure to read the original article above carefully.
Well then, our family will also be joining the noter Children's Club!
Pen name Ku-chan
is the daughter of Suufu. (formerly Suupu).
She will be participating with three tanka poems.
First poem
"Are you driving today?" "Yes, I am."
"Serving alcohol..." "I'm still 19."
Second poem
Old enough to drive a car,
But too young to drink alcohol, a confusing age.
Third poem
Even so, why do I look older than I am?
I get offered alcohol right away.
Ku-chan loves driving.
She's taken off her beginner driver mark and goes to the local shopping mall with friends.
She says that even if they ask if she's driving, they don't ask if she's a minor.
She's petite and has black hair. From a parent's perspective, she looks like a teenager.
I guess 19 is about the age where you've got one foot in adulthood.
She is no longer a "minor."
Regarding drinking, Ku-chan has decided for herself that she "won't drink until she turns 20,"
so I'm relieved about that.
And soon, Ku-chan will be celebrating her 20th birthday.
She'll be able to drink alcohol 🍻🍷🍾🥃🍶 Dad is overjoyed 😙
Is my parenting journey, Episode 1, coming to an end?
