Cai Wenji does not have skills worth the cost of upgrading to MR.
As a buffer, the SSR version is sufficient (even though [Inspiration] is applied randomly).
The reason to upgrade to MR would be for the synergy skills.

・Strategist stat boost
Do you think status resistance that is unrelated to the 'Calamity' status in the Saint MR environment is now useless?
I predict that since the purpose of the 'Calamity' status is to build a rock-paper-scissors dynamic, what will determine victory or defeat afterward is 'unremovable sin debuffs'.
(e.g., Li Si's [Burn] and [Seal], Brynhild's [Binding] during [Freezing])
To counter that, the only option is to increase status resistance to prevent debuffs from being applied, and to break through that, the ignore status resistance stat in Saint MR may continue to inflate.
In other words, the existing countermeasures against Li Si will remain relevant, and it might become essential for the survival of a heavily invested MR character.

For the reasons above, I will recruit Cai Wenji up to MR.

I do not plan to recruit Gongsun Zan for the following reasons:
・No synergy skills
・No HP recovery per attack
・Marriage version already announced, so no room for growth
・Compared to Murasaki Shikibu: No counterattack upon death / -1 resurrection
She has not adapted to the Saint MR environment and cannot be used for anything other than as an attacker.
