On Tuesday, November 28th, at the Sakai City Industrial Promotion Center,
we held our second circle activity for November⭐️
(Single-session participation is also okay!)

In this workshop, we thought about "what we want to value when choosing a job"🙌
This time, we all discussed and shared our opinions together☺️✨
The participants shared the following opinions!
・Time-related factors such as commute time and working hours
・Location-related factors such as being near home, nursery school, or kindergarten
・Companies that follow the law
・If the conditions are met to some extent, you can overcome some interpersonal relationship issues
When you become a mom, conditions related to balancing family, housework, and childcare become more important than conditions for yourself, such as salary and benefits, don't they?
After that, based on the conditions we shared, we had everyone create their own chart,
and then we set aside time for everyone to discuss them🙌
It was interesting to see how even with the same topic, people focused on different things!
And surprisingly, this time
we went to visit the JOB Station,
which fully supports and cheers you on when you want to work☺️!
Even for those who feel it takes a bit of courage to go alone,
we received comments that it was great to be able to ask questions easily and take a tour＾＾
Thinking about things on your own is important, but
actually seeing things, hearing stories directly, and expressing your own thoughts
leads to new learning and realizations, which is very important, isn't it＾＾
