I Love Black Tea
I received this as a Halloween gift. The purple and orange tins are lovely. The sense of choosing them as a Halloween gift is also wonderful✨

Black tea warms the body, and I definitely drink it twice a day.
Slightly higher-end black tea doesn't have that astringent or bitter taste,
and it's fun to choose.
Due to my husband's work, we lived in Manchester for about two years starting around 15 years ago.
Since I had my 7-year-old and 2-year-old children with me, I actively went to gatherings similar to what we call children's centers in Japan, and well, British moms would drink cup after cup during those two or three hours while the children played. They would take inexpensive tea bags from a large bag and add plenty of milk. It was like barley tea in a Japanese summer.
Sometimes I also bought good tea leaves in the UK. They were much, much cheaper than buying them in Japan,
and I was able to buy Highgrove, which was established by Prince Charles (now King).
*Highgrove is a brand that handles UK-certified organic products, established by King Charles of the UK when he was the Prince of Wales, with a philosophy of contributing to society and the environment.
By the way, I also often bought products from Duchy Originals, an organic food brand that was established during the time of Prince Charles. They are very delicious.
*"Duchy Originals" is an organic food brand produced by Prince Charles. He spent 10 years starting in 1986 completely converting the farm he owns to organic, and he processes the ingredients harvested there to commercialize them under this brand.
King Charles's image and popularity didn't seem very good,
but when I learned about his efforts and way of thinking regarding these businesses through articles and the like, I got the impression that he was very enthusiastic, steady, and devoted.
Unlike the Japanese Imperial Family, the British Royal Family develops their own businesses and earns income, so they are very independent.

Another black tea that I have come to love since my sister-in-law recommended it to me is
Mlesna Tea.
*Mlesna Tea is a brand founded in 1983 in the black tea powerhouse of Sri Lanka (Ceylon) by world-class tea taster Mr. Anselm B. Perera.
It seems the company is based in Shiga in Japan, and the high-tension product names, which are perhaps typical of the Kansai region, are fun, and it has become my standard to choose and gift black tea with wording that fits my friends.
(I borrowed the image from a shop on Rakuten🙏)
This is just one example; there are so many varieties that I can't choose.
I have only tried about 10 types so far, but all of them are very delicious and have a gentle taste that puts you at ease.
