The reason you can't keep up with note is not because you lack sense,
nor because you lack willpower,
nor because you lack motivation.

The real reason is—

there are too many steps to complete an article.

This is the biggest cause.

I tried breaking down the process of completing a note article.

Then, I realized that at least the following steps exist.

1. Planning (brainstorming ideas)

2. Information gathering and research

3. Creating an article outline

4. Writing the main text

5. Editing and polishing (inserting images, proofreading)

6. Deciding on the article title

7. Preparing thumbnail image materials

8. Deciding on thumbnail text

9. Adjusting thumbnail design

10. Setting hashtags

To write a single article, there are this many steps involved.

And we think about these from scratch every time.

In other words,

It's not that there is too much work, but there are too many decisions to make.

This is the true nature of the fatigue.

So, let's actually apply some time to this.

For example, ・Planning: 10 min ・Information gathering: 20 min ・Structuring: 20 min ・Writing the body: 60 min ・Polishing/Editing: 30 min ・Deciding the title: 20 min ・Preparing thumbnail assets: 30 min ・Deciding thumbnail text: 10 min ・Design adjustments: 20 min ・Setting hashtags: 10 min

In total—230 minutes (about 3 hours and 50 minutes).

Can you secure this much time on a weekday? Even if you think, "I'll write it in 2 hours today" after work,
there simply isn't enough time physically.

That's why you can't finish it on weekdays.

This is only natural.

The reason you can't post every day is not because your willpower is weak. It's because the design is too heavy.

The reason you can't keep up your note is clear.

Too many steps, too many decisions, and not enough time.

So, what should we do?

I thought about it this way.

Can I organize what needs to be done for each step and turn it into a system?

Can I make it more efficient, easier, and a smoother process?

To do that, I first need to analyze each step in even greater detail.

Starting next time,

・Why do you get stuck at the brainstorming stage?
・Why do you struggle with structuring?
・Why does coming up with a title waste so much time?

Consistency is not about willpower; it's about design.
