Feeling like a cold is coming on? Eat this! 🔥 Sweat-inducing Sundubu
Perhaps due to the recent temperature fluctuations,
I have a feeling that "Oh, I might be catching a cold..."
For dinner on such days,
what always appears in our home is
Sundubu. If you feel like you're catching a cold, eat well,
sweat it out, and be energetic the next day!!
This is our family's style.
I used to use store-bought soup bases, but
once I made it myself, I was surprised by how delicious it was!
Since then, homemade has become the standard in our home.
Anyone can make it deliciously without store-bought bases, and
being able to adjust the spiciness is the best part of making it from scratch.

What is indispensable for our family's Sundubu is
deep-fried tofu (abura-age) and chicken meatballs.
In particular, the deep-fried tofu that has soaked up
the spicy soup to the max is just irresistibly delicious.
Without it, the Sundubu feels incomplete;
it's an essential ingredient for me.
Today, I also added a spring ingredient, crown daisy (shungiku).
And, surprisingly, boiled spinach was a great match!

The colors are also very beautiful and whet the appetite.
With the bitterness and sweetness of the greens added to the spicy soup,
I feel like I've discovered a new delicious flavor.
Eating the piping hot soup while blowing on it,
it warms me up from the core of my body.
Since it was a bit chilly today,
it warmed my body up very well.
With this, I should be able to spend tomorrow energetically as well.
Everyone,
please take care not to get sick!
Thank you for your hard work today as well.
