Beginners should be cautious of expensive how-to materials
Hello, I am Makoto Makino.
Many how-to materials are sold not only on note, but also on Brain, Coconala, Infotop, and other platforms.
I also buy various how-to materials (information products) for my own study and check their contents, but it is a mixed bag. There are good ones and there are not-so-good ones.
It is human psychology to feel that the more expensive the how-to material (especially in the make-money niche), the more amazing the content must be, and that if you practice that know-how,“even an amateur can make millions of yen in a short period of time,” but that is never the case.
Expensive materials are basically for intermediate and advanced users. There is no way a beginner can master them.
If you want to learn systematically about a field you are not very familiar with, I recommend buying a few books and studying them first.
Paper books have the advantage of being somewhat solid in content (because they are edited by professionals) and, above all, they are inexpensive. (E-books are hit-or-miss because authors can publish them on their own, so the quality varies.)
After that, you can learn from more expensive materials or specialized websites (specialized websites sometimes have information written for free).
In short, it is important for beginners not to buy expensive materials right away. Even if the material is high quality, there is a high possibility that it will be pearls before swine for a beginner.
On the other hand,if you want to learn about a specialized theme immediately, you can also go to a specialized seminar.
A company president I know loves seminars and used to come from Kyushu to Tokyo all year round to learn. He says seminars are easier than reading books. Another advantage is that they teach you the latest information.
Please use this as a reference.
