[Regular Report] Four weeks since the crowdfunding started, and wow!
This is Takane Oda from Makine.

[Regular Report] Three weeks have passed since the crowdfunding started.

Four weeks have passed since the start of the crowdfunding (CF) campaign, which I launched to make the Makine 20th Anniversary Live (2026.05.24) the best in our history. With 22 days left until the end, that means we've already passed the halfway point. It really is going by fast.
Although we didn't have any live shows this past week, I've been moving in many directions—making guest appearances on the radio, going out for meals to greet people (you can see this if you follow my X, etc.), and also pushing forward with production work. As a single-task man, my brain is so busy! Haha.
At the same time, I also received news that left me unsure of where to direct my emotions. I think there will come a day when I can talk about this. Really, all sorts of things happen.
I'm doing my best to cherish my time, and here is the fourth interim report.

Believe it or not, on the morning of 12/9, project support surpassed the goal of 1 million yen!!!!!!!!!! (Sweat on the tip of my nose)
おはようございます。

The last slot for the song rewards was claimed on 12/8, and from there, it felt like we climbed with incredible momentum (by our standards). This is a development I never imagined, I'm so surprised!
This isn't the time to worry about whether my words will lose their weight if I keep repeating them.
It's all thanks to you! Thank you so much!!
We plan projects and desperately ask for support to make them happen, but ultimately, whether or not people respond depends on each and every one of 'you.' This is true for regular ticket reservations and for tipping items during live streams. Whether to buy or not, whether to support or not, is left to the recipient. I believe that whether we get a helping hand or a push forward is judged based on our music and how we have conducted ourselves and approached our activities up until now.
I think we have managed to show, at least a little, that we are worthy of being supported. There is no room to get big-headed, but I am a little proud of myself. I'm really glad for you... Makine-san.
Up until now, the flow has been to write about realizations from here, but this time I'd like to share a few things I'm thinking about from a different angle.
・Success is not the finish line.
'Achieving the goal' was indeed a big wish. 1 million yen is a very, very large amount for an individual to hope for. It is also the absolute truth that we were concerned about our available funds relative to the minimum necessary expenses and what we wanted to do. However, the deciding factor in our determination to do the crowdfunding was the feeling of 'wanting to move forward with the project of holding a live concert together with everyone.' As someone who has always thought that everything should be done within my own means and handling, this is a truly new sensation.
Just realizing once again that there were so many people who jumped on board with our thought of 'we want to aim for this kind of future!' is a treasure in itself.
We have surpassed our set goal, but this is a success for the project, not the finish line for the plan. The 'best future' we envisioned is 'spending the best live concert time with everyone at a sold-out Blue Live.' This is something that must absolutely not waver.
So, naturally, we will continue to do PR until the crowdfunding period ends (please continue to share and support!), and the 'best future' is one we cannot reach unless we sell another 100 or 200 tickets.
Suddenly, the lyrics to an unreleased song called 'Jiyucho' (Notebook) just popped into my head... lol

A song I think I only sang once 10 years ago. ...Am I a prophet?
・Whether or not to clearly define a second form.
As a development after the crowdfunding succeeds, some projects create 'stretch goals.' Things like, 'If we grow by +〇〇%, we will make this happen!'
There are a few things we could definitely do if we grow even more than we have now, and things we could ask for. Now, what to do.
At today's Makine meeting, we put a lot of thought into how best to move this forward. We will make a decision and move forward before it gets too late. Even if we don't announce a stretch goal, these are things we want to realize if tickets and crowdfunding continue to grow steadily. In any case, we will just do our best.
We want to deliver lots of tickets and merchandise, so please! Please try to let people around you know too! Having your first Makine experience be a 20th-anniversary live concert is just the best! That really raises the bar for subsequent live concerts. lol
I still have more I want to write, but this was the fourth interim report. The project runs until 12/31, so please continue to provide your warm—no, your passionate support and backing. We were supposed to be the kind of guys who burn as brightly as expected.
Expect the smart version of me in about 5 years. I'll keep doing things the gritty way.
See you later. This was Takane Oda!
