I participated in Shimomayu-sensei's free note seminar!

This is a story about how I participated in Shimomayu-sensei's free note seminar on the night of November 11th.

Why I participated

I first registered for note in April 2024.

Although I wrote articles for a while, I felt like I should also be doing Ameblo, so I was doing both.

But my retinas were damaged by the glitz (and the aggressive energy underneath) of Ameblo 😂 Actually, it made me feel sick, so I drifted away from it.

I returned to note in September 2025 and started getting serious about it.

Looking back, I realized that although I have a long history of using these kinds of self-publishing media, I had never received any instruction from anyone. Perhaps that is why, even though I enjoy doing it, I cannot say I have achieved any major results.

Just as I started thinking that maybe I should study properly, I encountered an article by Shimomayu-sensei. I think I discovered it right when it appeared at the top of my note recommendations, and when I checked the schedule, I thought, 'I can make it on this day!' and signed up.

I think I followed her quite a while ago, but I suppose these things are the work of the universe, or perhaps it's all about timing. It must be a phenomenon caused by the energy of wanting to learn about note properly.

At the beginning of the seminar, I was asked how I found out about it or what led me there, but since I signed up on impulse at a glance, I didn't even know if I had seen it on note or X 😂

You should definitely listen to it properly once!

In the seminar, I was taught the latest information about note, the differences between it and Ameblo, and why note is the place to be right now.

I learned things I couldn't have known within the scope of my own usage, and it was very educational! There must be a huge difference in results between using it within the scope of what you vaguely understand and using it with a proper understanding.

If I'm going to write anyway, I want many people to see it, and I'd be happy if I even got some sign-ups. I was given the foundational information to make that happen.

Shimomayu-sensei's warm personality was also wonderful ✨️
After it ended, we had a little social time, and it was also an opportunity to connect with other people who are interested in note.

Because note and Google are good friends...

While listening to the talk, I realized something.

Thinking from that perspective, it's easy to imagine that Google is kind to note 💖

If note users keep using Gemini to write note articles, Google is happy, so they might be thinking, 'Let's boost note's domain power for that reason!'

I think that's totally possible~~~~!
