Mornings when the frustration won't stop. Common traits of people who can't get things moving despite doing everything right
Morning.
"Hurry up."
"Get ready."
"It's time."
I'm saying it.
I'm saying it properly.
And yet,
they won't move.
And just when I think they've finally started moving,
they start doing something else.
And,
in the end,
I'm the one left feeling frustrated.
"Why won't you move?"
"Why don't you understand?"
(...Why am I so angry?)
At this point,
I stop for a moment.
Even though I'm doing it right.
Even though I'm calling out to them properly.
Even though I'm watching them properly.
Why,
won't things go smoothly?
This,
actually has a common thread.
In households that don't run smoothly,
pretty much the same things are happening.
It's not about the method.
It's misaligned.
Frustration,
it looks like an emotional issue, but
it's not.
It's structural.
You're already,
trying to run things while misaligned.
That's why,
it doesn't work out.
For example,
saying "Hurry up."
This,
if the timing is off,
it all becomes ineffective.
The words are correct.
But,
the position is wrong.
So,
it doesn't reach them.
And,
because it doesn't reach them,
you get more intense.
The more intense you get,
the more out of sync you become.
The more out of sync you are,
the more frustrated you feel.
This is,
a common loop.
And what's more,
the more conscientious you are,
the more you get stuck in this.
• Trying to be on time • Making sure to communicate properly • People who "think" they are watching their children
People like this,
while still out of sync,
try to do things properly.
That is why,
the harder you try, the less things work out.
Let's take a step back here.
Shift your perspective.
It's not about
how to make it move.
It's about
where the misalignment is.
The order.The timing.The distance.
Something somewhere
is not matching the current situation.
Once that clicks into place,
even the same words
will get through.
Even the same morning
will run smoothly.
It's strange,
how easily it happens.
So,
don't add more things to do.
Reduce them.Go back.
Correct the misalignment."This might be me."
If right now,
if you think that,
don't let that feeling go.
That right there,
is the entrance.
You don't have to force a change.
First,
just look.
Just by doing that,
sometimes things change.
I am creating time to look at this "gap" together in a small group.
If you are interested,
please send me a message saying "I would like to participate."
<Editor's Note>
I did it again this morning.
The "hurry up" three-set combo (lol).
And then,
I realized it halfway through.
"Oh, I'm off track right now."
I stopped for a moment, and instead of words,
Put things back in their place.
Then,
it will work.
Not every single time, though (lol).
But,
once you become able to put things back,
things won't fall apart completely.
Just by doing that,
mornings become much easier.

You are doing things properly, yet your household isn't running smoothly.
Your child won't move.
You don't know where to start organizing.
I help organize such situations starting from the family's "Axis."
The problem isn't the method, but the misalignment in how you interact, the order of things, and the timing.
The problem is not the method, but the misalignment in how you interact, the order, and the timing.
Based on over 30 years of experience in the education industry, including working at an international school in London and managing a cram school, I organize what is happening within the family into a usable format.
A family is a small society.
When this is organized, children naturally begin to move.
To those who thought, "This might be me"
I offer sessions where we look at your current situation as it is and organize where things are getting stuck.
It is only for those who need it.
