When I was 25, I experienced my second bout of depression.
I couldn't work or meet people, and I was convinced that
“there is no longer a place for me in society.”

At that time, the only connections I had were
anonymous chats and blog comment sections.

There, someone whose face I didn't even know
took my words seriously.

They didn't offer advice or try to comfort me.
They simply let me know that they were listening to my words.

That alone made me feel,
“Oh, I can still connect with people.”

Through these exchanges, little by little,
my fear of talking to people began to unravel.
When a small sense of security was born within me,
the strength to return to society began to well up from there.

What I realized through that experience was this—
if people have a “place where they can talk with peace of mind,”
they can start walking again from anywhere.

Words organize the mind,
healing organizes energy,
and reality begins to move.

I call this cycle the “strength to live.”
