To those who are working hard but whose lives aren't building up—it might just be that your 'position of judgment' is off

You are working hard, yet for some reason, your life isn't building up.

Even though you reflect and introspect, you keep getting stuck in the same place.

There are actually quite a few people in that state.

The reason is simple.
As long as people make decisions unconsciously,
they will repeat 'accidental choices' over and over again.

The other day, I received this message from someone I am supporting through side-by-side coaching:
“The habit of running away won't be cured immediately, but when I realize I am running away, I decide not to run anymore.”

This statement is not about having achieved resolve, nor is it about having gained confidence.
This is a sign that they have returned to a position where they can take responsibility for their own life.
Life changes not at the moment you become positive,

but at the moment you become able to judge calmly, saying, 'This is wrong' or 'I won't move right now.'
Side-by-side support is not a place where I teach you the correct answer.

It is not a place where I change things for you.
It is a time to pause when you are about to make a wrong judgment,
and return to a state where you can re-choose the path that will truly lead to improvement.

This is suitable for:
✔ Those who do not want to treat their own lives carelessly
✔ Those who do not want to repeat the same regrets
✔ Those who want to choose a way of life where their efforts build up

It is not suitable for those seeking healing or encouragement.
However, for those who want to quietly rebuild their lives, it definitely has meaning.
