カヌレをオーブンで焼きました Canelés Baked in the Oven

カヌレを焼くと、より一層、美味しくなると聞き、
早速、焼いてみました。(^^)
I heard that baking canelés makes them even more delicious,
so I immediately tried baking them. (^^)

オーブンを180℃に設定して、余熱。
焼き上がったのが、タイトルの写真のものです。
Preheat the oven to 180℃.
The finished product is shown in the title photo.

外はパリッと、中は程良い加減で、モチモチ。
香ばしさもアップ！ 美味しさもアップ！
The outside is crispy and the inside is chewy and just the right amount.
The aroma is even better! And the taste is even better!

大満足です。(^^)
再び、作って食べたいと思いました。(^o^)
I was very satisfied. 
I want to make it and eat it again.
