[Decision Log #003] Why the first revenue source is umastats, not 'AI Company Content'

This #003 provides the decision-making process for choosing umastats as the first revenue source instead of 'AI Company Content', along with scoring criteria and rejected ideas. I will touch on the current zero-revenue situation as a metric, but the entry point is 'how to determine priorities'.

One operational note. Both the free weekly summary and this paid magazine are released every Monday. This #003 is released on the same day as the free Episode 11. It is not a hard sell, but presented as a deep-dive line for the same experiment.
