Did you know you can copy and paste font files?

The laptop I use as my main machine is a FUJITSU FMV model [FMVA03005]. I believe I bought it used. It seems it was originally Windows 8, but it had been upgraded to Windows 10.
The CPU is an i3-3120M, which is old, but it has 16GB of RAM, so it runs smoothly. (I think I upgraded the memory myself. It has a good design that allows for easy memory expansion from the back of the PC.)

It looks a bit bulky now, but isn't that rugged look kind of nice?

I recently bought a used Windows 11 laptop (another used one), but it just won't become my main PC. When I look back and wonder why...

The reason is...

The free fonts aren't installed.

The software I mainly use on my main PC is almost exclusively PowerPoint. I create videos using PowerPoint. The Windows 11 PC has PowerPoint installed, but... the free fonts I've added over time (I don't go out of my way to buy paid fonts) aren't there. I also thought it would be a hassle to install them one by one. But!

You can just copy the font files from the specified folder and paste them into the same folder on the new PC! Now I can easily use my usual fonts on the new PC!!
