What is conveyed creates the outline of who I am. That is my theory of note.
It was on the 40th day since I started note. When I woke up in the morning and went to check my smartphone, a notification from note popped up. Someone had introduced my article.
Lion-san. They post book reviews, creative fiction, and articles that "introduce articles they recommend." I remember being drawn to the very refreshing and carefully crafted writing they post daily, which is why I followed them.
To think that person was introducing my work!
While soothing the embarrassment of encountering my own icon on someone else's creator home page, I clicked with a heart full of excitement. Thump, thump, thump...
Oh... oh, oh, oh, oh.
Wow, wow, I'm so happy!!!
I'm so glad I started note!
Ahhh, I really want to write a comment! But! That day, I had a book review workshop and had to leave immediately after preparing.

(It's the usual thing, but since I take photos with my own phone, I'm never in them... Next time, I'll have someone else take them for me. Everyone is so busy during the workshop that I always end up putting off recording it.)
I thought about when I should post a reply article to Lion-san's post. I thought about doing it as soon as possible, like that day or the next, so that my gratitude would be conveyed... but I wanted to take a little more time to summarize "why I felt so happy."
Yes, the deadline is August 22nd, the sign of Leo. I decided that on my own. The reason is that Lion-san's icon and name are a lion, and I was born under the sign of Leo myself. Today is August 18th, I made it in time!
Machika-sensei's note is, first of all, incredibly information-dense.
And looking at the entire collection of note articles, it seems like you are building it greedily with tremendous momentum. I think that once you decide to write something, you are the type of person who can continue writing almost unconsciously and without stopping.
It feels like you are someone who can handle long-distance running while at full speed.
Thank you very much.
My note articles are mostly 5,000 to 10,000 characters long, which is madness. I know it's not good if they are too long, but for those who come looking for information, I feel it's kinder to have it completed in one article... so I end up doing it. The pattern of "continued in another article" makes even me, the writer, get lost wondering where that part is. Improving site navigation is one of my future tasks.
> The entire collection of note articles
I'm happy you looked at the collection as a whole! The goal of this construction is that I want to create note like a "magazine" (^^). Since I was a magazine editor for a long time, it was easy for me to imagine bundling various content according to a concept, like "main feature," "sub-feature," "reading material," and "submission page." That's why I created the site map with a magazine "table of contents" in mind. Recently, the number of articles has increased and it's become harder to see, so I think I need to fix it up.
> Full speed but handling long-distance running
...I get told that a lot (laughs). Lion-san, you're sharp! People also ask me when Machika-sensei sleeps, or if there are about three Machika-senseis. I've always been straight-ahead once I decide on something; since I was a child, I've been called things like a loose cannon or a runaway locomotive. Also, regarding my cyborg-like note update frequency, it's probably just because I write fast. I write so fast that even my work colleagues ask if I'm using voice input.
So, whether it's note or work manuscripts, I write with great momentum, but when I'm done, I just lounge around. Basically, I'm usually relaxing, reading books or magazines, or petting my pets.
By the way, everyone, do you know the ecology of a lion? Lions are called the kings of beasts, but they are actually surprisingly "lazy." They don't go hunting themselves; they only take down prey at top speed when it comes within range while they are lying down, and then they go back to lying down (they say they sleep for 20 hours a day)... When I heard this story, I burst out laughing, thinking, "That's me lol." Ah, as expected of a Leo woman.

すごくわかりやすいです。

(Ah... this is going to drag Lion-san into it... I'm just saying that's how I am, Lion-san is different! Serious face.)
My current hunt is to become 'Machi-ka sensei, the parent-child essay writing expert' through my note articles.
The episode with my high school modern Japanese teacher makes me feel like it teaches us that the essence of essay writing is communication between the 'writer' and the 'reader.'
The act of 'writing' is one with the act of 'reading.'
This is also true for the act of 'writing' test questions and the act of 'reading' them.
I was particularly struck by the idea that adults need to be prepared to support children who are not familiar with communication on paper.
Your writing, lion-san, really resonated with me, and I decided to draw inspiration for the title of this response article from it.
I have things I want to convey, and I have been writing note articles to deliver them. But there is no direct metric to measure whether it is actually 'being conveyed.' The fact that you read my article and conveyed your thoughts back to me like this—the fact that two-way communication is being born here—makes me truly, truly happy.
> The act of 'writing' is one with the act of 'reading.'
I thought this was also a message for us note users.
I realized once again that no matter how much I post, communication cannot happen without someone to receive it. In other words, I think the charm of note is that the distance between the writer and the reader is close and flat, and that is what I am strongly attracted to and why I am so hooked on it now.
To lion-san who wrote an article about this, and to everyone who leaves comments, sends DMs, quietly clicks the 'like' button, or comes to read my work, I offer my heartfelt gratitude. Thank you so much♡
I want to convey the charm of essay writing.
I want to increase the number of children who love essay writing.
I want to support parents who are worried about their children's essay writing skills.
I want to create a system where essay writing instructors can thrive nationwide.
I am nobody if I am just wishing, but by being conveyed, I am gradually becoming 'Machi-ka sensei of essay writing.' It is as if my blurry outline is slowly forming clear lines. Seeing myself being shaped by 'what has been conveyed' is sometimes scarier than looking in a mirror, but I wanted to continue conveying my thoughts with courage.
What is conveyed shapes the outline of who I am. That is my theory on note.

To those who 'like' my posts, thank you. I will go read your articles too!
To those who follow me, thank you. I will follow you back☆
To those who introduce this article with an embedded link, thank you. I would love to introduce that article of yours as well♡
