It's a bit late, but let me introduce myself
Nice to meet you.
Thank you for visiting my note 😊
In this note, I mainly share
tips to make parenting, time management, and daily life a little easier.
About me
I am a former childcare worker.
While working in childcare for a long time, I have interacted with many children and their parents.
・Trying too hard to "do things properly"
・Losing peace of mind because of being chased by time
・Tending to put oneself last
I have seen these situations many times, both as a childcare worker and as a parent.
The reason I write this note
Don't you feel that there are too many "shoulds" in parenting and life, even though there is no single right answer?
I myself have often felt frustrated by days that didn't go as planned,
and have stopped in my tracks many times wondering, "Is this okay?"
That is why in this note,
✔ It's okay not to be perfect
✔ It's okay to have days when you can't do everything
✔ Ways of thinking and tips to make things a little easier
I want to write articles that help you relax a little after reading them, while valuing these perspectives.
Who I want to read this
・Those who feel they don't have enough room in their parenting and are overwhelmed every day
・Those who are struggling with how to use their time or their daily rhythm
・Those who have tried too hard and are exhausted
・Those who want to feel "I'm not the only one"
If even one of these applies to you, I would be happy if you would feel free to read it.
What I will be sharing
In this note, I will mainly write about the following:
・Things I felt in my daily life of parenting
・Tips for time management and daily habits
・My perspective and way of thinking as a former childcare worker
・Tips for "not trying too hard"
Based on my own experiences, I will deliver this as clearly as possible,
in down-to-earth language.
Finally
I want this place to be somewhere you don't have to blame yourself for "not doing things properly."
I would be happy if this could be a trigger to make your daily life
even just a little bit easier.
Thank you for your support.
